  1. Courtroom

When a suspect is brought to the court after being arrested, will there be an option for him/her to take a plea deal?
  2. Grafitti and tagging

Can you be able to tag/grafitti in public places? It could be cool if you for example was a gang wanting to mark your territory
  3. The High Society

The High Society If anyone is interested in starting a Cannabis grow operation feel free to message my (Operations Manager)TRIIZ he handles all incoming applications and will submit them to the CEO for finalization. This is currently a rough copy so changes will be made as more updates come out. Goals- To start a network of marijuana production and distribution for the purpose of making some cash and building a reputation of a trustworthy business you can rely on. This after all, is not a "gang" but more of a enterprise, we do not classify our customers no matter of what career they've chosen(unless their cops). We distribute our products to all parts of the island, whether you be in a populated city or hidden in a dense forest. Our products will reach you and will satisfy your needs. I also hope to expand my network to include a money laundering operation to keep the heat off our organization(unless the sale and manufacture of Cannabis becomes legal, but we'll cross that bridge when it presents itself.) Recruitment- Prospective members must chip-in monthly for the Organizations equipment and potential upgrades and/or any legal trouble members may have. Provide information on other Cannabis grow operations in your local areas. Once the beta goes online I will layout our territory given pre-discussing with other Clubs/Organizations so we don't step on any toes. Members may not have a criminal record when they join. If a member does get themselves in trouble with the law, The leader will back the member with financial support and retribution is necessary. Method- Hopefully warehouse space or farm land will be available to buy, If not you'll have to use a network of apartments for production. Transfer that production to a central location for inventory then distribute. A network of apartments I am willing to help you develop. *I should say the town square module will be the testing ground for network production through apartments. Warehouses may come later on but for major production as of right now, a network will need to be established. Members- Currently, we have no members, but as The High Society is a newly formed business, it is not surprising. Nevertheless, with future endeavors, our list will hopefully grow to safely provide you the finest products in the quickest time possible. Prohibited Actions- 1-Providing information to other business and/or individuals 2-Snitch to the authorities on the whereabouts of the cannabis farms 3-Stealing cannabis to your own use Structure CEO: Makeshift VP: ASSASSINWOLF3568 Marketing Manager: DAHZXRD Operations manager: TRIIZ Distributors: Open (3) Growers: Open (Unlimited Amount) Dealers: Open (Unlimited Amount) Application: Future RP Name: What Position are you applying for?: Steam Profile and Identity Profile link: Forums Rank/Identity pre-order package(founder, citizen, cabbie etc?: Will you be in attendance for modules?: Do you understand the requirements for admission into this Organization?: Why should we accept you?: What is your current reputation in-game and/or forums (1-10, 1=not so good, 10=fantastic!):

  5. I came here to get some kind of closure since a friend and I were having an argument about "If a police officer is killed can't you loot their special items and use them?" while he said "Yes" it pained me to think of it being a possibility of criminals being able to run around and handcuff people, use police batons, or wear police armor for extra protection. It didn't add up to me and the thought of that happening would be extremely over powering and you could easily take over the town with just a few thugs and spawn kill people. So, can you use specialized police items?

  12. My idea for a perfect crime system is one where there is a permanent death , basically there would be life insurance that counts as extra lives . If your a criminal you'll either have to pay a lot for insurance or you simply can't , depending of the severity of the crime. Lets say you sold drugs - you could buy insurance but it would cost a lot. If your a serial killer - you'r too dangerous and are a maniac , therefore you'r not going to be sold insurance. Insurance would be quite expensive and it would be determined on how much money you currently have. Insurance would also be stack-able to a certain limit. This would ensure that even the richest people can't have hundreds apon hundreds of life insurances. I see this system as fair , and players who have eared there money legitimately wont have to fear from unfair RDMs (random death match), or at least as much. This way seems the best system I've seen so far as criminals have to be prepared for perma-death. And innocence don't die unfairly . I would love to see this idea take off, so let me know what you think,is this full-proof are there ways it can be improved. Is there any flaws with this system?

A modernised compilation of 'The Works of the Golden Saint' along with notes from the current Golden Guardian WE FIGHT FOR FREEDOM IF YOU HAVE FURTHER QUESTIONS, PLEASE COMMENT BELOW IF YOU ARE INTERESTED IN JOINING, VISIT OUR WEBSITE http://thegoldensaint.tk/ The Creed Accensa domo proximi, tua quoque periclitatur, Protegat nos fratres per sanguinem. Translation When the house of your neighbour is in flames, your own is in danger, We protect our brothers in blood. We turn away from greed and selfishness. I was what you are, you will be what I am. Mourning is freedom, There is a certain pleasure in weeping, therefore, we look to free you of your wound. Those who are about to die salute you, they condemn what they do not understand but deep down we know, we are dust and shadow, time is the devourer of all, and, he conquers who conquers himself. A breakdown of the Creed When the house of your neighbour is in flames, your own is in danger, This line shows the importance of caring for your fellow brothers and sisters. In this tight community, their problems may become your own. We protect our brothers in blood. All in our community are tied together through blood and deserve our protection and devotion, no matter their importance within the Brotherhood. We turn away from greed and selfishness. These are the two most cancerous sins that lead you in the wrong direction. By turning away from these, a new path of freedom is opened. I was what you are, you will be what I am. All outside of our community are consumed by the troubles of the world for they have not yet discovered the salvation of the Golden Saint. We hope they will soon see. Mourning is freedom, There is a certain pleasure in weeping, By weeping for your sins, you wash them away. Through this, your path is cleared. therefore, we look to free you of your wound. The burden of sin is like a serious wound, it won't heal properly unless you take care of it. Those who are about to die salute you, they condemn what they do not understand Those who are about to die believe they are moving on but they do not understand that their grievances follow them into the afterlife. but deep down we know, we are dust and shadow, We came from dust and will return to shadow. We were created of the ground and we won't be present when we pass. time is the devourer of all, and, No man or beast can escape the teeth of time. You may run but sooner or later, you will trip and fall. he conquers who conquers himself. By freeing yourself from your subconscious limitations, you unlock extended power and knowledge which conquers the untrained mind. Who is the writer of this? The identity of the writer of the Creed of the Brotherhood of the Golden Saint is unknown. The only clue to his identity is this painting which is just an estimate of what he would've looked like. We believe that this is to our benefit. Not having a concrete identity to worship eliminates discrimination against fellow brothers and sisters. Although it is very likely the Golden Saint was white, male, rich and Christian, we still allow people of all gender, colour, nation and class into our Brotherhood. Why do we follow the Golden Saint? We do not follow the Golden Saint. We follow his beliefs. His beliefs represent freedom through the full utilisation of our brains. No, this is not the 'we only use 10% of our brain and unlocking the rest would give us mystical powers' malarkey. This is about removing the boundaries placed upon our minds by society and seeing past the barriers. Although this won't give you psychic or flying abilities, it will unleash the ability to further your knowledge and life. We also believe in making the most of your time here on earth by turning away from the two main sins, greed and selfishness but we also realise most that what we acquire here on Earth is materialistic. We do not believe murder, theft, lying, etc. are sins unless they stem from greed or selfishness. So are you just a bunch of peaceful 'brain unlocking' people? No. Do not underestimate our power. Due to centuries of growing and development, we have slowly tapped into governments and corporations across the world. We appear to those who chose it, whether that be directly or indirectly. We have woven ourselves into society and are hidden whilst in the most obvious places. People such as Neville Chamberlain, Alexander Fleming and Eric Arthur Blair, aka George Orwell, have been great contributors to our Brotherhood, although not all formally announced they were part of it. Through people like this, we have infiltrated even the most guarded corners of society. As I have mentioned, we do not believe murder, theft, lying, etc. are sins. These are beautiful tools that can be used to further our development. Our goal is freeing the world. We will do this in whatever way necessary. If you want to 'free the world in any way necessary', doesn't that mean you are greedy for that vision? Absolutely not. We are pushing for freedom for all, not just a select few for their benefit. The vision we have is for the benefit of everyone in our world. We are also in no rush to achieve that goal although doing it as fast as we can is preferable. Our Goal Our goal is to open the eyes of the deluded, uplift the humble and meek and bring justice to a world plagued by greed, selfishness and corruption. We want to take over society and flip it on its head for the betterment of society. We plan to do this by infiltrating the political system, major businesses and gangs/mafias/MCs. We operate similarly to a mafia but, unlike the mafia, we do what we do to achieve a specific goal. What do I receive? This varies depending on your role within the community. There are, however, several things that are guaranteed for all employees: • A wage with a minimum of (TBC) per month. • All job-related healthcare paid for. • Appropriate equipment provided free of charge. • Ample opportunities for bonuses and promotions. For more information, view this Employee Agreement Contract sample. Ranking System Although higher up ranks have more authority, we believe all people are equal. 15. Selling & Flipping Cars/Car Theft

My favorite thing to do in games is to steal a nice car off the street and go on a joyride, then flip them for money. My question is, are there going to be any tools in identity that make breaking and entering cars (and other things) easier and/or quicker than just punching the window in? Like a lock-pick kit? And will we be limited to how many cars we can sell? GTA restricts you from selling more than 1 car every 40 something minutes, and you are only able to sell vehicles worth under $80,000, which is sort of unrealistic and a waste of time. I'd like to see an unrestricted, fair means of selling cars for profit. What do you guys think? Also, i really hope that when you commit a crime in Identity, and you're miles away from anyone else, that you don't automatically become wanted... If a bear craps in the woods, and no one is around to hear it, it DOES make a sound. However, that crap DOES NOT set off a Nation-wide alarm.
  16. Introduction The Mariano Crime Family is an Italian-American organised crime family based on the ancient principles of Cosa Nostra. Like the Genovese Crime Family of New York City, the Mariano Crime Family are considered the 'Ivy League' of organised crime, mainly because of their ability to adapt with the times and find new ways of making money even as law enforcement clamp down on the mob. One of the key differences between this and other criminal organisations is the sanctity placed on loyalty and brotherhood, two values which have unfortunately become rare in the underworld. Structure The organisational structure of the Mariano Crime Family is the same as that of other Italian-American and Sicilian crime families. Low-level associates of the organisation work on the streets, making money in the hopes of eventually becoming 'made men' (official members of the family). Once they are 'made', associates are promoted to the rank of soldier, or 'soldato'. Soldiers operate in crews of up to 10, which are each lead by a captain or caporegime (shortened to capo). A capo is essentially a lieutenant, managing his crew and ensuring that they are earning money without breaking the rules of the family. There can be anywhere from 2 to 20 crews in a family depending on its size, each operating independently of each other (for the most part) but ultimately part of the same organisation. All of the families captains report to the underboss, the second-in-command and one of the most powerful members of the family. The duty of the underboss is to oversee the day-to-day running of the family, ensure that business is running smoothly and that captains are passing up their kick-up (more on this later). The consigliere acts as an advisor to the boss, helping him steer the family in the right direction and settling disputes both within and outside the family. Finally, the Boss (also known as the Don, or Godfather) is at the very top of the pyramid. All decisions, including who gets made, who the families captains are, and who runs what rackets (criminal jobs), are made by him. At the end of the day, the Don gets a cut of all profits made by the family. Kicking Up Key to the power structure of the mafia is the practice of 'kicking up'. Essentially, all this means is that at a certain pre-determined time (probably once a week or once every two weeks), anybody earning with the family (this means associates and made men alike) must pass a certain amount of their profits to their superiors. Associates kick up to whichever made man they are working for. Soldiers kick up directly to their captain under all circumstances, while captains all kick up to the administration of the family (meaning the underboss, boss, and consigliere). The amount that one is expected to kick up differs based on rank and the rackets one is working, but the minimum amount will always be fair and reasonable. Unless you are particularly reckless, kicking up will not be a chore, and most of the time only about 10% of your weekly income will go towards it. However, basic math tells you that the more you earn, the smaller the percent of your earnings you will need to kick up to satisfy the minimum requirements. Then again, kicking up even more than the minimum is a good way to get noticed by the higher-ups and possibly earn you a promotion (which obviously means more opportunities to earn big money). It is always the best earners who are the most respected in the family. It is important to remember that just because you have people working for you and kicking up to you, you should not slack off. Everybody, from the associates to the boss of the family, actively work to earn money on top of what they are earning from kick-up. Nobody sits around waiting for payments and drinking coffee. How to Join It is important for the organisation that our members are competent (skilled) and intelligent, that way everybody is able to make as much money as possible. Even though being an associate of the Mariano family is potentially one of the higher paying jobs available to most people in Identity, being a 'made man' is where the real money is. The higher your rank, the more money and opportunities are available to you. To join, simply work with well-connected associates or made men in the family. Make money and every so often, kick up a decent amount of what you make to your higher-ups. The more you bring in, the better your reputation will be. Of course, it isn't just about money. You need to demonstrate that you are loyal to the family before all else, and that you know and understand omerta (more on this coming up). Once you have earned the respect of the families administration, you will be considered for being made. The very best associates are evaluated and hand-picked to become official members of the family, and therefore expand their earning potential (for themselves and the family) infinitely. It is best not to ask to get made, as this will only annoy and slow down the process. Instead, demonstrate that you are both loyal and a good earner, and you will have your best shot at becoming an official member of the family. Rules of the Family The rules of the Mariano Crime Family are quite simple. For simplicities sake, they are referred to as 'omerta' (pronounced oh-mer-tah). They are: - Your loyalty to the family comes before all else. - Never hurt or kill another made man under any circumstances, and only harm an associate if you have a very good reason to do so. - Never co-operate with the police in any way. If the police ask you about anything related to business, you know nothing. You're simply a businessman. - Do not discuss family business with anybody who is not either a made man, or very well connected to the family. - Make sure you are not late with your payments. You would not like your underlings being late with their payments to you, so show the same courtesy. If you follow these simple rules and generally try to avoid causing trouble, you will find your time in the Mariano Crime Family very rewarding and fun. Conclusion The Mariano Crime Family is an organisation for people who value loyalty, brotherhood, and intelligence. We are, in the truest sense of the word, a family. This is an organisation for those who aren't content with being a part of any old gang. If you would like to discuss further, feel free to send me a private message. Keep in mind that our organisation will operate on the Australian server so, while we are not opposed to doing business with US or UK people, we only accept made men who are willing to play on the Australian server. Regards, J.M
