  3. MC Formations - RP

Okay so i took some time to draw up a picture showing the formations that my MC will personally use. I put it here as it is roleplay. Other MC's are welcome to take ideas from this and its easy to modify if you do not have certain ranks. A key is featured at the bottom to help with reading this. Okay, so on the left we have a general formation that will be mostly used on a day to day basis when traveling as a club. So it is easier to split these formations into groups. For now i will refer to these groups as packs. It features the chapter P leading the pack up front with the VP on his right just slightly behind and the SA to his left just behind. This is the leading trio and these three members will always be up front. The pack behind the leading pack contains all the other members of the club from R to T. This pack ride in rank order being higher ranks at the front and down till you get patched members at the back. Behind the members will be the pack of Pro if they are brought along. Prospect are always at the rear unless a different vehicle is behind or hangarounds. The last group will be any type of other vehicle be is a van or truck. This is only seen when doing a job such as a gun run or when carrying other members via a van. Pack Order: Pack #1 - International President/President - Vice President - Sergeant At Arms Pack #2 - Treasurer - Road Captain -Enforcer/Assistant Road Captain/Patched Members Pack #3 - Prospects Pack #4 - Support Vehicle/Transport Vehicle Okay, so on the right we have a special formation that will be mostly used on for special events just as a long ride or funeral. Again, the chapter P leads the pack up front with the VP on his right just slightly behind and this time the RC to his left just behind. In this formation, this is the leading trio and these three members will always be up front during this formation. The pack behind the leading pack is a small pack that contains the SA on the right behind the VP and the A.RC on the left behind the RC. The A.RC is set just out of the formation so he is able to pull out to go ahead and block roads, etc. Behind this pack is is similar to the general formation with the rest of the clubs members in rank order from R to T. Behind the members will be the pack of Pro. Behind the prospects will either a pack of H or a vehicle depending on the scenario just as a hearse for a funeral or hangarounds for a ride. This is where you would also place members of other MC's that join you on your ride. Pack Order: Pack #1 - International President/President - Vice President - Road Captain Pack #2 - Sergeant At Arms - Assistant Road Captain Pack #3 - Treasurer -Enforcer/Patched Members Pack #4 - Prospects Pack #5 - Hangarounds/Members Of Another MC and/or - Special Vehicle (hearse) Key: P - President VP - Vice President SA - Sergeant At Arms RC - Road Captain A.RC - Assistant Road Captain T - Treasurer R - Ranger (Members) Pro - Prospect H - Hangaround I am sorry for the messiness of this post but i hope you had fun reading this and, if you are an MC leader, take some ideas from this. Thank you very much for reading. Herzog - International President BCR MC

  5. We're all obviously here because we are looking forward to Identity, but I think there are a few things that could potentially hurt the final game. Here they are: - Bad roleplayers: people who aren't playing Identity to roleplay and live out realistic arcs, but instead just want to have a super powerful character with no real story arc and no flaws, basically a superhero. also people who name their characters ridiculous things that just aren't names. - Twelvies: twelvies tend to ruin most games they find their way onto, and we can only hope they don't find their way onto Identity. they are not only 95% of the time terrible roleplayers who would be better fitted to GTA V, but also they ruin the immersion and have very little maturity. - Hackers / Trolls: both of these can be dealt with easily, with staff intervention, but if there aren't any measures in place to deal with them I can see them becoming issues. Anyone else have any worries? Maybe staff can answer our worries? Thanks.
  6. Identity Life RPG

IDENTITY LIFE RPG As we all patiently and anxiously wait for the game, we have decided to get a head start on the Roleplay addition and slowly start to build a community that will be fully dedicated to roleplay with the best experiences the game will be able to offer. At this time we are not 100% sure what the game will include but that doesn't mean we can't prepare for it! This community will focus on hardcore roleplay building the best platforms for the community. As we are still a while from release this will give us time to build a strong community, have all the departments & establishments 100% ready to go for the game. As we heard the servers are expected to hold up to 200/300 players! That's one life mod experience we have been waiting for since day 1! So we are all excited and ready for this game. But to hold us over until release we are building this community, so if you are interested in taking part in this roleplay experience get signed up and become a registered civilian. We are indeed looking for staff so if you are interested in taking on a role, hop on over to the website and we will work something out. Look forward to seeing you join! http://www.identityliferpg.com/
  7. Serious Roleplay

The reason I am so hyped for this game is that it will be a great place to roleplay seriously, and so far it looks like the devs are making something very special. My only concern is that people won't roleplay seriously and will run around being stupid and not actually roleplaying. How many of you guys actually intend to have your character live their lives out highly realistically? Thanks, Johnny.
  8. MTA SA (Closest to Identity)

MTA SA is basically, Gta SanAndreas multiplayer on PC. There is one server on that game called Cit2. It usually has 800 people on it. Basically no NPC, and 800 real people on the SanAndreas map. There are tons of jobs, Police, ambulance, fireman, garbage man, farmer, fisher, pilot, and criminal. With all of these jobs come custom scripting to make them full. Farmers have custom jobs, and ways to plant things and get money, fisher get boats and do a sort of minigame to actually get fish, and criminals have turfing, different drugs, robbing stores, atms, and houses. Every house on the server is also ownable by a player like identity will be. In case anyone plays the game, pm me.
  9. Hi all, The trailer mentions independent communities that can be hosted for IdentityRPG, similar to how the SA:MP model works where communities host their own servers separate to the main servers such as heavy role play, death match, racing. Is anyone interested in creating a heavy roleplay community? I have the funds to host a website and pay for the server upon the games official release. What would you like to see in a stand alone RP community?
  10. rp group/server plans anyone?

hello, just wondering what everyone plans on doing for groups in identity? wither it be gang related, police, artists, the government or full server related groups based on the roleplay side. all of this based on the launch of the game for some idea of a good place to start on day one. as someone not the most experienced in roleplay in this genre (mainly warcraft rp) it'd be great to have an idea of the groups people plan on.
  11. Hi guys! I was so happy when I got your mail! I am so looking forward to this awesome game. I backed it on Kickstarter the second I saw it and am patiently waiting and stalking you on identitys FB page, liking every new photo, post, anyhing and everything. So again, very excited to be here and to be a part of this awesome project! Cheers! This was the welcoming part. Feel free to stop there. Here is something longer about my roleplay gaming experiences. Probably nobody is gonna be interested in that, but still. Can't hurt, right Roleplay gaming history: Used to play alot of roleplay DayZ (about a year), then got addicted on Amarok servers of Altis Life (Arma 3 Roleplay mod) (about half a year), then played a little on Asylum servers aswell. Then played a little Arma 3 Life. Tried some H1Z1, but 98% of people did not even try to roleplay. I spent most of my RP gaming on amazing Amarok, which was glorious. From my year or so playing DayZ I learned that like money, loot is, was and will be (lost ) again. You loot some, kill some, die, repeat. After a month, that was not for me anymore. All I did was I met people and talked to them, creating unique interactions. Some deserved to be killed, some to be helped. It heavily depended on my mood and on behavior of others. The point is I did not loot and loot and loot. I seized opportunities to create friends and enemies. All while roleplaying, having fun and enjoying every bit of it. In Altis life on Amarok, I spent most time by doing what some players would consider wasting time, and others would consider it "the true enjoying of roleplay". Basicaly, I did not even try to earn any money. I just stayed in the middle of Kavala (main city) and talked to people. There were some kidnapings, some murders, some robberies, some arguing with cops, some honest earning money with random people. I just walked the path that was suddenly set before me by my mood and other's. Someone kidnaped me? I played along and I enjoyed it. I enjoyed every second of Altis. So yeah, I am pretty hyped for Identity. I backed it on kickstarter the moment I found it, thanks to some random dude on Amarok Gaming who told me about it.
  12. Just curious who else plans on trying to become a police officer and or any line of law enforcement? I'm pretty stoked for this game, I keep looking more and more into it and I'm getting very excited but not to many of my real life friends like PC and or this type of game play, so I'm here looking for other people who are alike me and would like to get a group together to chat more about the game and perhaps have a group of friends to do stuff with when the game starts, pubs, etc. Maybe even a partner to fight crime with.
  13. Create Your Identity

So I remember this sort of post on the old forums but I haven't seen it on the new version (but correct me if i'm wrong). Also I wasn't sure if this should be in the Pub or in the town square (feel free to move it if necessary) but it's in town square for now. Feel free to insert images and photos depicting details Here are the details you can fill out for your RP character Name: Age: From (City, Country): Appearance (Body, Face): Attire: Job: Detail of House: Detail of Car/ Vehicle: Personality: Background:
  14. What will you RP in identity?

What do you guys plan on RP'ing in Identity, jobs, crime, etc.
  15. Langston Family / Dark Ace Mafia

Langston Family / Dark Ace Mafia vvvvvvvvvv CHECK OUT MAIN PAGE THREAD! vvvvvvvvvv Welcome to the Langston Family, or the Dark Ace Mafia. we have already recruited many men, and have made many connections. We are looking for more loyal men that enjoy the Mafia style role playing. This crime family will control everything from the production of drugs, the dealers on the streets, the weapons trade, smuggling, hijacking, robbery, and whatever else we need to do to get that money. Everything illegal happening on the streets will belong to "us". This means if their is a petty dealer dealing on our streets, well, lets just say he won't be there for very long without paying some fees. On top of all the crime, and money, we are a family, we support each other in times of need, and stand on the building blocks of loyalty that this family operates on. We will be a Suit Mafia, wear tailored suits, drive nice cars, and we treat everyone with respect, unless we are shown disrespect. Join this family, and have a lot of fun in identity, and make lots of money while doing it. Now a little about me not as a Don, but as a person. I am not the Don that sits in my office all day. I am not the Don that steals from the poor. I am the Man, that spends time helping the community. I give money to the poor, and just am a very public kind of guy. Am i scared of being public, sure, you never know who wants to hurt you, but living in a room, is not living. I hope to see many of you in the game. Who can join? Anyone, if you like crime style playing, and mafia type scenarios, this is perfect for you. What will we do? We will do all the things a Mafia does. We will control the drug dealing in the towns, with dealers operating under us, giving us a cut of what they make, and we give them more product. We will control illegal gun trading in the world, doing big role play like deals, with other Family's. We will break the legs of anyone trying to take our turf, and if it becomes necessary, use our assets to have them taken care of. This is just a glimpse at what we will do when the full game is out. Climb the ranks of the Mafia family and become high up and powerful, and make a name for you, and your family, on identity. RANKS: First I have to say, ranking up is not about the money you bring in. You will not be ranked up before spending a considerable amount of time in the family, and proving that you deserve to move up the chain through nothing but pure dedication and success. 1st, Associate: You will role with us and see how things are done. Bring in $500 into the family, and prove yourself to the family to rank up. 2nd, Soldier or Street man: You will scout the streets, bringing information of people selling anything from guns or drugs to the attention of the family, you will be able to also show other Associates how we work. Bring in $2000 into the family, and prove your loyalty to the Langston name to rank up. 3rd, Enforcer: You will be tasked with doing some... shall i say, dirty work. Now don't get ahead of yourself, your not a hitman. You will be an enforcer on the streets, intimidating, and maybe even kidnapping people who disagree with our rules on the streets. You will also be able to take soldiers and associates with you on jobs such as robberies and other various tasks. Bring in $10,000, 1 new recruit, prove that you deserve this promotion, and complete one mission for the boss to rank up. 4th, Capo: You will be in charge of territories and men. You will have your soldiers and associates, although this does not make it a competition between you and other capos, it is just that you are at the stage of control. You will have more leeway to do jobs and activities of higher caliber. Remember, we are a family, so no matter where we are, we always help each other. The capo can also give his own jobs and assign his own tasks to enforcers or soldiers, if he/she is confident they can get it done. Bring in $15,000 to the family, and 3 new recruits, show you are ready, and complete various tasks for the boss to rank up. 5th, Underboss: This rank will have limited slots. Whether i want 2, 3, or 4 is undecided yet. The Underboss(s) will act as the commanding voice of the family when the Don is away. They can assign major tasks to the capo's to then assign on their men. The Underbosses will be entrusted in handling many meetings with other family's, supervising major deals and shipments, to ensure everything runs smoothly. You are the ones with the most experience meaning you make the calls above everyone under you. Special Division 1. Hitman: What i meant to say was, special tool. To get to this rank, you must make it to the enforcer rank, and than come to the Don about this... Special job. You will be tasked with many, special assignments to say, clean up messes, or take care of things. You get the idea. RULES 1. Respect, 2. RESPECT 3. Loyalty 4. Obey higher ranks 5. Got a problem, don't freak out, come to the Don personally. 6. No Snitching, no talking to cops, civilians, or even your own sweet mother about things we do. 7. All rats will be caught, you wont last long as a rat, we'll have people watching over everyone, and you will meet our special tool. 8. All money collected on family related jobs, will be split to 70% for those who "collected" the money, and 30% for the family. 9. Family money is not one mans money, it is the money we use to further our organization, whether that be buying a poor soldier a suit, buying more cars for the family, getting "merchandise and tools" for the family, it all goes to the family, not just one mans personal pleasure. 10. Steeling from the family is not smart, as this makes you a thief to the family, and that breaks this rule, and rule #3. Not only does the Don himself despise people who steal from the family, but everyone does as your are stealing from everyone, as that money could be spent towards the family and gaining even more money. If your short on cash, don's hold back your % on jobs, simply ask someone for a loan, or even the Don himself doesn't mind loaning money to his family members, because that's what we do. 11. Don't do ambitious jobs or activities that could jeopardize the family organization without consulting the Don. 12. Along with the rolaplay fun of the family, take some time off once in a while and just have fun, try other jobs, it is a new game and if you want to try new things, just take a break, ask the Don. 13. Always have your family's back. 14. As an associate or soldier, before committing any crime at all, ask a superior if it is ok. 15. Last but not least, if your caught, it was your individual choice to do what you did and you had no influence from anyone else. Sometimes you just got to eat some dirt to keep your family safe. This will not go unnoticed as sacrifice, is a quality of a very loyal man. 16. Close members of the Family's wont be selling drugs, personally delivering illegal shipments, etc. This will be for outsiders that are under our control. This is to keep the crime semi disconnected from the family and helps insure the integrity of our operations. 17. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES, are you to discuss plans, activities, operations, etc, with anyone outside of the family. Doing this will make you a RAT, and you know what happens to rats. Please message me if you are interested. Best regards, Kevin Langston
