  1. Nebunebu- Phase 1: Infamy in numbers Let me set the scene. You calmly walk into an electronics store. Slip a couple laptops into your backpack and head for the exit. Stay calm. Nobody notices. The alarm goes off as you walk past the sensors. "It's fine, I'll run and hide." It's not fine! A nearby cop tazes your theiving ass and next thing you know a prison cell door closes behind you. That right there is what took you from taking small tech gear to only taking when you drop soap in the shower. Now imagine the same scenerio but with eight others. You and your buddies have backpacks stuffed with high-end tech, and head for the exit. Cop tazes one of you, eight others disrobe him and leave him handcuffed in a ditch out back. If you are scouring this forum looking for a criminal community to join, message me and I will respond. We will recruit as many player as we can before launch. The first month will be racking up as much money as possible with minimal jail-time. The first month will be attaining infamy in each town, recruiting members, and pillaging every village for all it has to offer. The first month, will be infamy in numbers. Relentless Cult I am you You are me We are everywhere

  4. Drug Enterprise

I will be holding an administrative position in a drug enterprise, and I am looking for at least two others who would be willing to under me. If accepted, your tasks would mainly include drug distribution and transportation. The pay will start out low but quickly rise as the industry starts up. If interested, comment below.
  5. My idea for a perfect crime system is one where there is a permanent death , basically there would be life insurance that counts as extra lives . If your a criminal you'll either have to pay a lot for insurance or you simply can't , depending of the severity of the crime. Lets say you sold drugs - you could buy insurance but it would cost a lot. If your a serial killer - you'r too dangerous and are a maniac , therefore you'r not going to be sold insurance. Insurance would be quite expensive and it would be determined on how much money you currently have. Insurance would also be stack-able to a certain limit. This would ensure that even the richest people can't have hundreds apon hundreds of life insurances. I see this system as fair , and players who have eared there money legitimately wont have to fear from unfair RDMs (random death match), or at least as much. This way seems the best system I've seen so far as criminals have to be prepared for perma-death. And innocence don't die unfairly . I would love to see this idea take off, so let me know what you think,is this full-proof are there ways it can be improved. Is there any flaws with this system?
  6. The Laundromat

I can only guess that dirty money can and will be a bit of a problem. So I am here for the proposal of The Laundromat. Didn't know whether or not to post this here or in business, because it kind of fits both. I plan on opening up a clothing line, some hopefully nice looking clothes to keep all of you criminals looking nice and sharp. Of course, we might fudge our profits a little bit... Give the benefit right unto you! We at The Laundromat plan on giving our customers a 75 cent on the dollar exchange, which crushes the laundry industry high of 50 cents on the dollar. Our motto here is "It only costs 25 cents to do your laundry!" Will be looking forward to all of our potential customers, and hopefully some people looking for employment. Like most clothing and crafts companies, we need designers. So I extend my hand to all of you crafty criminals, get some designs going and let's clean up our dirty dollars!
  7. Undercover Cops

Ok, so I don't know if this has already been answered but is there going to be the ability to have undercover cops? If so what does everyone think about that? Good, bad, or do you not care? I'd love to know.
  8. Hello there, friends. When I started this post, I didn't think it would receive the amount of attention it did. With 600+ views, and 19 replies, it got far more attention then I've ever thought it would get. Over the past few months, I've been successful at recruiting members and allies. But, in the past week I've been experiencing lack of enthusiasm for my cartel. I've been thinking about it hard for the past few days, and I've decided what I wanna do. I've decided that I no longer wanna start a cartel. I thought about it, and I realized that starting a cartel is kinda out of my league. I'm just not that type of person. I'm still going to be a criminal, just not the head of a major cartel. I might join another cartel, or be an independent criminal. But my decision is final; the Peligroso Cartel is no more. I apologize for those who are disappointed with my decision. Best regards, DROSE
  9. The Kings

The Kings Started out as a small organised crime cartel and expanded into an empire. Raised from the ground by a single man, Jack Hale but they know him as "The King". Corny name for a leader, right? The Kings originated from an island called Altis and expanded over to Identity where they stake their claim in the midst of the all the chaos and madness that is Identity. All members of The Kings follow a strict code of suave chivalry. You help us? We help you. Everything gets a return. There are a few things you should know before trying to gain your initiation into The Kings: Firstly, how we run and who's in-charge. Secondly, how you're expected to look and act. (Appearance is important to us, fuck this up and you're out kid.) Lastly, the common enemy. Let's start with the basics, eh? Who's in-charge: At the tippy top, we have "The King" - He makes all the decisions neccessary to make us tick and operate as we should. Next, his warchiefs. These guys are the toughest of the tough, meanest of the mean. They see through all the day to day operations and keep us on our toes. Then, the heavy muscle. These ladies and gents have gained trust within The Kings and command groups of The Kings in lieu of an warchief. They've probably been around longer than you've been alive. Now for the back-bone of The Kings, the patched members or "patch" if you wanna use that lingo. These guys and gals deal with the day-to-day operations usually in groups. Well taught and trained, they understand what is required of them in order to earn their keep. Lastly, the new blood. Kids, newbies and wannabes. They are potential members of The Kings they carry out the same duties as a patched member would however they operate under the supervision until fully initiated into The Kings. Now for our appearance: You'll usually see our members donning a black leather jacket with our patch on it. Depending on what rank they are will depend on what patches they have and what they wear. For example: The King - he wears what the f*ck he wants. Warchief - Leather jacket with The Kings patch and 3 upside-down chevrons sown to his/her collar. Heavy Muscle- Leather jacket with The Kings patch and 2 upside-down chevrons sown into his/her collar. Patch - Leather jacket with The Kings patch and 1 upside-down chevron sown into his/her collar New Blood - Black and white jailhouse tee. They don't get the honor of wearing our patch yet. That's not all of the appearance. You gotta act somewhat professional yet suave, we don't want no street thugs or "Hello Sir, may I get you a drink" type bullsh*t. Lastly, our common enemy... Anyone who's threatening us that could be of significant harm to our success, is an enemy. Anyone who disrespects The King or attempts to damage our reputation, is an enemy. Anyone who wants to steal our business or steals our property, is an enemy. Anyone who harms any of our boys or uh girls, is an enemy. Lastly, anyone who opposes us in general, is an enemy. Think you got what it takes big boy? Find one of our recruiters around town, they're pretty hard to find so that's your first test. Good luck kid. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Recruitment Info: Recruitment is currently closed for Identity until it's release. So no public information will be shared until then. We are in no way shape or form affiliated with any real life or fictional gangs/factions under the name "The Kings". So we apologise for any inconvenience.
  10. get rich

Am I the only guy that has the main goal of getting so fucking rich you don't know what to do with it, illegal or not, but your only goal is to get shit blasted with cash. this is how I motivate myself I real life so I'm transferring it into the game, just wanted to see if anyone else thought the same.
  11. I am kind of confused how the cops will keep track on some illegal activities. I asked some questions about it over twitter but i did not get a for certain answer. I am going to place a scenario and ask how the police will be able to know about the scenario. (For Motown or Paratus) Say a person kills somebody in my group so I take him into a secluded area (Like a swamp) with no witnesses and kill him. If this happens how would the cops know about it?: (Explain the one that is right please) 1. Would they know i am the one who killed him off the bat? 2. Would they just know the general area of where he was killed? 3. Would they not be able to know at all because there were not any witnesses that reported it? 4. Other? The reason why i am asking is because I personally think it would be better if it was choice 2 or 3, because if it is choice 1 then no criminal could actually thrive in the world of identity. It wouldn't really add immersion if the cops get a notification of who committed the crime without having an actual way of knowing that in real life. (It would also get quite boring) Please answer when you have the chance.
  12. Identity (or to be more exact the idea of Identity) wants to change what an mmo is, a grand gesture indeed. In reality however most of these changes are going to have to come from the players themselves, sure Asylum can present their 'vision', they can provide the tools, but it's how those tools are used that will, ultimately, make or break Identity. Crime & the criminal are going to play a large part in that. So what makes a successful criminal? Simple....not getting caught. Now most of us think that is a fairly obvious statement, but when you consider it in terms of online 'games', it really isn't. In fact, in most 'life' sims the average criminal, more often than not, will go out of his way to bring about some kind of conflict with law enforcement. If anyone hopes to build a server that caters to ALL walks of life, then this is going to be one of the most difficult problems to solve. Because there is another very simple statement that is also true, having to duck bullets & avoid being mown down on the sidewalk every thirty seconds, drives 'community' players away. Go from one extreme to another, look at the toxic world of GTA Online where you can't even manage to get through three words without someone throwing a bomb, then consider what Identity 'could' be. Criminals live ordinary lives too, they co-exist with the rest of the community, they go shopping with their wives, go to clubs, bars....they even bathe! Think about it, IF (and yes that's a big if) you stick to one server, once you've been arrested the police are going to know you. For example....Herzog is only the President of a Motorcycle club....until he, or one of his club, get arrested for gun running.....then, in the eyes of the police, he's the leader of an organized crime gang. What all of this means, for the potential criminals of Identity, is that if they attempt to live their lives of crime OFF the police radar....then Identity has the potential to be a real game changer. If not, then we're looking at GTA with frills. It's the players who will make Identity great, you. Think outside the box, be the best.

  14. Underground crime bars

Hello, I have an idea that would be cool to ad into the game or for someone to make. Underground crime bars. which basically means little bars scattered around the map, or in the city, that people who want to join crime families or crime groups can go to. Players will be their from different crime organizations recruiting new members. Now of course everybody can go and get a drink, Not just members of organizations. I really don't know how to describe this, so i'm just gonna act out a little scene (with pictures) as the eyes of someone who wants to get into a mafia family ^^^^^^^^^Please dont mistake this post for a Roleplay post^^^^^^^^^ Christopher new about the underground bars, But never thought about going. It was until he saw the wad of cash his freind Micheal was carrying around with him everyday, The 2,000 dollar suit, The power he had to get a brand new car at the touch of a fingertip, and the power he had to contact any of his friends to come back him if he ever got into any trouble. Christopher loved his friends lifestyle, and the only way to get in was through the bar, because the families books were not currently open on anybody joining through members. So he went down to the bar, in his crappy rusted car. The place looked decent, nothing to get sick over, but it could've been better. Christopher walked in and noticed the range of diverse kids and men. Their was a couple punks in the back corner, in spiked, spray painted leather jackets and mo hawked hair. A group of bikers, both who belonged to the Bad Company Rangers MC and the Blood Hound MC, and a group of skinheads who controlled the bathroom entrance. Their was one man at the bar, who looked to be the right guy. Christopher didn't want to jump the gun and talk about the organization, so he sat 2 seats away from the man, and thought of ways to get his attention. Man at bar - "I'll have a scotch, and don't give me that shit kind" Bartender - "No problem" Christopher - "Same" The bartender looks at Chris and nods his head Man at bar - "you don't look like the scotch kind, kid" Christopher - "The first thing that came to my mind" Both get handed their drinks, The man at the bar downs his cup with no hesitation, while christopher tries to do the same, and ends up downing the drink as well. Both men go into conversation, similar too - where are you from? where are your parents from? Where did you grow up? but all in all a friendly conversation with a ruthless killer, but christopher had no idea. He was too caught up in the fancy lifestyle that of his friends. The man finally decides on leaving, and pulls out a wad of cash. He pays the bartender more then extra. Both the man and christopher leave the bar together, as they are greeted with a not so nice bike, who pushed the man away. Chris just sat their not knowing what to do. Chris will never forget the look the man gave the biker. Pure evil as if the he had just met death himself. The man reached inside his leather jacket, grabbed a snub nose revolver and pistol whipped the bikers head in a matter of seconds. And kept wacking him in the head until his whole face was red. The man turned around with a face of evil and said in a soft voice as if nothing had happened "cmon lets go" Now of course if these small bars were added, this scenario that i wrote will probably not be the same, Kids would probably just ask what crime group and if they could join, then would later see if they were fit to join. Thanks for the time, like i said please dont mistake my post for a roleplay post. I didnt know how to word this! @Herzog @Doc_Rogers

  17. So I've been wondering if there are any other proper crime families. Seems right now like it's just the Marianos and maybe the Roseport Mafia. Of course, the Mariano Crime Family is accepting members, but we don't just let anyone in. Message me if you're interested and believe you have what it takes. Anyway, it would be good to see some more real crime families emerging.

  19. Criminal Chop Shops

CHOP SHOPS Just a suggestion, but they should be added. In case anyone needs some knowledge of what this is: What Are Chop Shops? Chop shops are illegal garages that buy stolen cars, disassemble them, and sell their individual parts for profit. To avoid being caught, criminals disassemble a car within hours of stealing it. That way, the owner and the police will never be able to find it. Since they are running an illegal business, the people operating chop shops try to be as inconspicuous as possible. They are hidden away in residential garages and small commercial spaces that do not draw attention. Chop shops rarely work independently; they are usually part of large criminal organizations. Just a suggestion...
  20. Insurance

I was wondering and digging around, and I learned that it's not available to steal from player owned stores, correct? If this is true, why isn't there a easily built coverage system that reimburses the stolen goods?
