Hello reader, Before giving off my own ideas, I got inspiration off of @Herzog and his idea of a comic con. Please show him some love if you find this a good thing or just want to see this implemented. So, I have an idea that involved large scale events. I was thinking that there could be a feature where you can buy land, and then build on that land. People would be able to build a stage or make a large building that would include things like a Comic-Con or some big social gathering where a lot (and I mean a lot, hundreds, and maybe even thousands) of people will be able to go to that one place and be with people that share those interests on a large scale. For example, I am the manager of a band and I want to hold a concert. I would be able to buy off a piece of land and build a stage and sell tickets for the band. I know this is very ambitious but this could be a big part of the game that would help bring the community together. ~Dickbutt

That's not quite what he meant by that description. In Identity, committing a crime flags you in such a manner that a police officer can charge you with a crime. If you run a red light, you're not immediately charged with the crime; however, if an officer sees you run the red light he can pull you over and will have the ability to charge you with that crime. This mechanic keeps police from being abusive and charging for crimes which you did not commit. That said some major crimes may charge you automatically, but that can be controlled by the server operator/community. This is how it'll be done on the official servers to prevent griefing. There are times where gameplay in a multiplayer environment can't be exactly realistic to maintain it's fun for both parties. More "hardcore" communities may wish to adjust these rules, and they can.

As it stands already, we do have advertising systems for politicians running for office but it's restricted to billboards. I like the idea of advertising on public televisions or cinema, and implementation would be easy, but we'll have to think it over and consider all the angles. So, maybe!

I work by aliases or nicknames. Rule Number 3: Never make a promise you can't keep. Hi everyone I'm Kore just made my account here. Not sure what I plan to do in game but I plan to be on the legal side. Would like to join a group thou. I can make a discord server for us if need be. Not really interested in the biggest group in game but maybe a newer group that way there is room to expand. The other game I am waiting for is Star Citizen and on that game I am in a org (125 members) that does transport and I lead one of the departments. I think in a game like this you will ultimately have 3 groups household, friends and coworkers unlike other games. One of my goals in game will be to have a house and if I find more people to join I'd be willing to upgrade my account. By April we should see how this all turns out hopefully sooner.

I believe it was confirmed that corporations could purchase places to act as just that.

Will it be possible to frame your Criminal and Political Rivals in the game. Also cops that are getting to close or People who are not paying you what you are due. For instance you kill someone. When you know your target is asleep or alone and then plant the gun on them later. Give the police a tip after the deed is done then watch the fun.

First off my point is that a crime should work how it is in real life if your careful and take your time and are not noticed it should not just be auto detected by the game for the police. It should have to be discovered or witnessed by a real person or a cop. Sorry that realism is a problem for you. and your right they won't stay idle which is why i said i will kill them to remove that problem. Because hostages in game won't act like real ones. Also was why i had a backup plan of letting my own people out to flank the robbers or just have people wait around corner. So thank you for proving my point on why you need to murder all the hostages because they will not sit idle like real ones.

Not to add fire to this thread but I wonder if it'll be possible to rob delivery drivers before they get to/enter the apartment?

At this time you cannot build custom structures on land. There is land for farming, as well as pre-existing homes and buildings which can be owned and operated, but we don't allow building permanent structures for performance reasons. Taxes For some odd reason every party wants to reduce taxes. I am one of the only people to actually want the opposite; to increase them. Now, I know what your thinking. Why would anyone want less money? Well, I intend on using your money to make your life easier. I will take a % of your income which varies depending on your salary. Now yes, it will be alot but hear me out. This % will cover many thing such as free public transport for employed individuals, free legal consultation and most importantly a free healthcare system. If you invest alot into small companies and/or charity you are eligible to file for a tax return at the end of a year, giving you back some momey for your comtribution to society. This tax will also cover any emergency service operative 3 days of food every week. Below is the taxes for salaries. $9,999 > = 7.5% Tax $10,000 - $19,999 = 25% Tax (Potential of 10% tax return) $20,000 - $39,999 = 35% Tax (Potential 20% tax returns) $40,000 - $99,999 = 45% Tax (Potential 35% tax returns) $100,000 < = 50% Tax (Potential 45% tax returns) On top of this, if you own a business then no matter how much you are making, there is a fixed 30% tax rate on your profits (after employee payroll). On any products there is a 7.5% sales tax in VAT. I also plan on removing sales tax during the month of December, and a 50% tax reduction on anyone earning less than $20,000 during the same month. Goals One of our main goals is to introduce committees that anyone in the community can volunteer for. This gives the power to the people, allowing them to voice their opinions and put forward their own ideas to be implemented. We will also have committees dedicated to communicating with prisoners and helping them to prevent themselves from reoffending. I do also want to put in place a programme in which convicts and people who cannot get employment after 2 real weeks can do community service and delivery jobs for me and earn enough to keep them alive. As far as law enforcement goes, I plan to use those taxes to reduce crime rates significantly, giving police and other emergency services a larger yet more controlled budget. Regular patrols will occur, and you should never expect a precinct to have a slow work day. I am open to more ideas but until the game comes out this is all I've got.

For clothing what kind of raw materials can we expect to see for making clothes?

I think it would be cool to have a way for content creators to use in-game currency to purchase television, radio or billboard time/space to promote their youtube or twitch channels. I would suggest an in-game threshold of achievements or experience to allow players to spend in-game currency to submit specifically geared advertisements to be used in-game. Maybe requiring the video ad to be recorded using in-game footage or audio recordings or billboards that would all require mod/admin approval. Games have always done better than expected when a live streaming or youtube community is supporting it, on top of the support they already have. Allowing dedicated players to earn their right to show the community their content would encourage more creators to use the game for even more future content. The only issues would be the potential for the "youtube" effect where over time real advertisers begin mucking up the lighthearted point of promoting the games own community. This would probably fare well for the dev team and could help expand the game even more, but is just something that could happen if the game impresses the amount of people a game like this should. Another issue would be larger youtubers from doing the same thing, but in the long run it would help the community more. I'm just rambling by this point. Just my suggestion, not something that I have thought about too deeply or would feel inclined to press the idea. Just a random idea I thought would be neat, to go along with the already shown TV system.

I think a shoutbox would be good. Put a 3 minute message cooldown on it though. I recently made a post that shouldn't be a post as its very short, so a shoutbox would be good for this kind of stuff.

Well your have to give them it like a salary every set period and you can probably just fire them if they don't do their job before paying them again.

Its very hard to get, but no no one will be homeless on start. Those with out the apartment tier pledges will get to stay at a hotel in their chosen starting city for a certain amount of time, which means you need to start earning money quick and not be lazy. once the time is up, you get kicked out/ or you pay for the room. (its free in the time limit)

The way courtcases work in real life is that all illegally obtained and evidence that comes forward from the prior illegally obtained is scratched from records. For example if a phone tap uncovers that you don't only do drugs but also do weapons all evidence obtained about weapon trafficing would be scratched. However that does not mean you can't get charged for drugs trafficing with other evidence. when it comes to probable cause, I feel like officers should indeed only be allowed to frisk with probable cause but also with reasonable suspicion. Things such as reasonable suspicion go pretty far. For example, if a person is a known and active member of a criminal drug trafficing gang and lollygagging on a corner you can search him since it's pretty clear he's corner selling. I feel like there should be clear indications when it comes to searches and will probably be different from server to server. TLDR: I support both probable cause and reasonable suspicion but the second one should be limited to certain clauses
