  1. Bus as transportation

Busses are confirmed for identity. There will be two variants; urban busses and coaches (between cities) both will be 100% owned and operated by the players. I have also heard of taxis being implemented into the game, as well as naval ferries.
  2. Nightclubs?

... Also I'm not sure if players can actually rent/ lease buildings to others. They might implement a rental system, but that may be paying the server in-game money to tenant a space. Otherwise you would just have to buy the building upright
  3. YOU NEED TO SEE THIS NOW :(

I agree with what's said before, looks like someone's taken their town from Cities: Skylines and chucked it into a standalone game. For some reason this game looks a little bland, perhaps it's just the architecture - oceans of identical houses in the suburbs and rows of high rises with no real difference between buildings in the CBD - but to me the prospects of interesting game-play here seems minimal, in fact I get a Habo Hotel sort of vibe from it - nothing offensive or obscene and no violence or crimes. If they're wanting to make a Utopian society rpg then they've certainly succeeded. As for it competing with Identity? Well, they say that whoever is first on the market owns the market right? Identity came known before this, so therefore it shouldn't face too much opposition from 'The Real Life'. Identity also seems to offer more than this other game, ie crimes, violence etc, which should attract more people to it. Identity has also gained publicity and grown a reliable community, for instance the well known youtuber FrankieOnPC made a video on IdentyRPG about 1 or 2 years ago and since then the community has grown immensely, meanwhile this is the first I (and probably many of you) have ever seen this game, and I doubt it has such a community like IdentityRPG does. So in all, it shouldn't really be a threat for IdentityRPG, it would (as I imagine) be popular with very casual and younger gamers who look for an easy way to socialise and meet new people, sort of like Club Penguin (Now I really must finish this geography paper that's due tomorrow...) EDIT: regarding the trailer, they could've possibly used better music and camera shots to display their game. What's in this trailer does portray it as somewhat bland, but we will have to see just how it turns out in the end.

  7. Ratio of careers.

I fear that there will be a large amount of criminals and cops while the business professions stays small - leading to a massive gang war and no legitimate economic activity. Luckily it looks like the opposite with this poll.
  8. Super Power Game

Limit: Because the Power Granting God studied economics at uni, you can only ever create a total of 53 cents to avoid inflation Power: You can teleport to anywhere on the planet
  9. Geography Game

A simple game where you post a place name with the first letter of the previous. You can post any city, town, country, continent, river, mountain, forest, lake and basically any geographical feature Rules; 1. If someone posts something like 'Red River' the first letter of the next word should be D not R as river doesn't count. The same goes for other geographical features and land forms (mountains, forests, etc) 2. If someone posts something like 'Mexico City' the first letter of the next word should be Y as it is part of it's name Example Person 1: Europe Person 2: England Person 3: Dover Person 4: Russia I'll start; Dublin
  10. The Identity Skyscraper

(Taken off of the Nationstates forums) You must create a floor to add to the Identity skyscraper Rules: One floor per post No consecutive posts Do not destroy the elevator! The building is invincible You may not change the previous or future floors Do not skip floors Be as weird as you like but stay within forum rules I'll start: Floor G This is the building's reception and lobby, a sign above the elevator warns you 'Caution, Identity weirdness ahead' (Now you start from floor 1, then 2, etc)

  19. In-server Wikipedia

The idea is that each server has it's own in-game Wikipedia where history and events of the server was stored. In the wiki you would be able to find past governors, crime rates, demographics, timelines, geographic info, identity island history and pages for well known people and businesses, just like in real life. Of course players would be able to edit this meaning that this feature may be trolled occasionally, but admins would be able to reset the page to an older version. This feature probably wouldn't add much gameplay or roleplay points to the game but it could be a handy feature especially if you want trivia about your server.
  20. The name of the island?

I can't find it anywhere, what is the decided name for the Island? We already know some of the town names.
  21. The name of the island?

That is true, especially with the fact that the name sticks I sorta agree on this. Each server could even have their own name for the island
