I know im bloody late to the party but theres no need to be salty guys. If you are wanting to HELP new people then be prepared to listen to the same question over and over. No need to burn them alive as soon as they mention the word GTA. Keep it cool and answer their question even though you want to put their neck in a noose. No need to deter people from the game from bad support to a new member.

The progress bar isnt automatically updated. It is manually updated by the devs when they feel that they have made progress. Ive been here since it started when it was at 54%/ Dont worry too much though, progress is still being made and they upload dev blogs every now and then. Hope this helped with your question.
