There are no cars, countryside, or narcotics production. The Town Square is what it is, the Town Square. There could be more added later on after the release of the Town Square, but at launch day, expect just a literal Town Square. So yes, just walk around gameplay and testing some features.

I believe chief is the highest. Also, in private/custom servers, ranks can be given at will to anyone in the police career by the person in-charge of the private/custom server.

I am going to own a chain of thrift stores called "Helping Hand"! People can donate their items, I sell them, and make money. After that, I might become a politician or police, and maybe even a leader of organized crime!
