2 points(I just want to preference that in no way do I disrespect the first post. If anything I'd like these posts to become a series. That way all of our characters can tell their own stories.) 8:15 am, I wake up after the guards bash my cell with a baton for 5 minutes. 8 months, 6 weeks and 4 days spent in this shit hole of a jail. 9:00 am, after processing and getting all my personal belongings back, I'm thrown to the curb like some old furniture. By then I have 25¢ to make a phone call. "Hey Rick I ne-" "Are you out today man?" "Yeah I'm sorta in need of a fuckin ride man. Can you come get me?" "I can't man. We're fucking getting ready to make a deal with some chinks." "What the fuck man, I took 8 months for you fucking assholes and now I'm getting left out in the middle of nowhere?" "Hey! You watch your fucking tone. I'm the Sergant at Arms now." After a brief pause I let out a very deserving. "What?!" 10:00 am, I'm left without my MC without a ride and stripped of my patch. Hitching proves to be difficult because nobody wants to pick up an ex convict who's covered in white power tattoos. The heat was sizzling my skin to the point where I actually heard crackling. Finally after 20 minutes with my finger up I got a ride into town. 12:32 pm, I ride up to my friend Julian's to see if he can hook me up with some coke or weed. Re packaging and re sale is easy. He's just a prick to get it off of. "Hey man!" Julian extends his hand out and pulls me in. "Good to see you buddy. How was jail?" "It was fucked man. Those guards were assholes with a capital A." I sit down and lean back. "Hey man, is there anyway I can get some dope?" Julian stands up and walks over to his kitchen. "What for man? Just regular shit man." Nervous about asking, I feel like he can see right through my lie. "Uuhhh. Sure man, do you have any cash?" "Nah, just got out remember? They threw me to the curb with 25 cents and said call someone." He looks down at his table. Weed in little dimebags and 8 balls scattered everywhere. "Here's what I'll do. If you can sell some 8 balls and shit I'll give you the weed." 1:23 pm, that's when shit turn sour. The cops had scheduled a bust on his apartment because of reports that there were drugs coming in and out of the place. Juliann shoots to the bathroom and starts flushing the drugs down. Me? I grab his pistol and a pillow and shoot out his window. Looking down it was only a 10 foot drop. Either that or a few years back in jail for violating parol. I grabbed what weed I could get and hopped out. Huffing and puffing I threw the gun into the yard next store and jumped the fence. TBC

2 pointsLike @Turaxis said, but I used the word "Faith" which can be another word for "Believe" or "Trust" and well if you pledge before the game is released then you need to believe and like the devs said many times; "If you doubt's hold back on pledging until your doubt's are gone." That was what they roughly said and well so, you either trust them enough and you pledge or you don't trust and you don't pledge.

1 pointI'm curious about your age. Please be honest. Nobody cares it's just curiousity. We can look it up in your profile anyway!

1 pointThe "Left-Hand Mafia" shall be recruiting individuals that are willing to fulfill the interests of a specific UNDISCLOSED political party in exchange for WEALTH, LUXURIES, AND FAVOURS. The RANKING system usually determines the amount of profits that a member shall receive. The percentage of profits shall be determined in the future... the ranks consists of the following: 1. The Left-Hand: The "Left-Hand" functions as the absolute leader of the organization. In the process, the "Left-Hand" is INCAPABLE of disclosing or revealing his or her government name to the public in order to ensure that the "Left-Hand" is not a target by government authorities or private organizations. Thus, the "Left-Hand" remains unrevealed and unknown to each and every member of the mafia-organization, EXCLUDING The Five Fingers of The Left. "The Left-Hand" is capable of engaging with each and every member of the organization. However, "The Left-Hand" CANNOT reveal his or her role as the leader of the organization in order to ensure that the organization remains secure and stable against any opposing third-party state or non-state organizations. 2. The Five-Fingers [of the Left]: The "Five-Fingers [of the Left] are "The Left-Hand's" elite-minded advisers with the second-highest status within the organization. Usually, each finger represents the support for "The Left Hand". Otherwise, "The Left-Hand" would cease to function effectively. Each member is classified with their own nickname in order to ensure their confidentiality within and outside of the organization while possessing unique RANKS and ROLES that contribute to The Left-Hand Mafia: A) The Thumb: The Thumb is the dominant so-called "finger" within the organization that generally functions as the "Second in-command" of the organization. Hypothetically, if "The Left-Hand" is assassinated, disposed, resigned, or deceased due to natural causes, The Thumb shall function as the NEW "Left-Hand" of the organization. The thumb shall be DECAPITATED if it fails to abide by the guidelines of "The Red-Hand" or discloses the IDENTITY of EITHER THE FIVE FINGERS or "THE LEFT HAND" to ANY other individual within the entire world, resulting in replacing the thumb by another member that is appointed by "The Left-Hand". One must note that mentioning either individuals' identities is NOT an issue as long as their names are NOT connected to their RANK within the organization. B) The Index [Finger]: The "Index" [Finger] is third in command within the organization. The identical penalties applies to the "Index" [Finger] regarding the disclosure of The Five Fingers' [of the Left] of "The Left-Hand's" identity. C) The Middle-Man [Middle-Finger]: The "Middle-Man" or "Middle-Finger" is the fourth in command within the organization. The "Middle-Man" or "Middle-Finger" may secede "The Index [Finger]" if the subject is assassinated, disposed, resigned, promoted, demoted, or deceased due to natural causes. The identical penalties applies to the "Middle-Man" or "Middle-Finger" regarding the disclosure of The Five Fingers' [of the Left] of "The Left-Hand's" identity. D) The Ring-Man/Ring-Finger/Ringer: The fifth in command within the organization. "The Ring-Man", "Ring-Finger", or "Ringer" may secede "The Middle-Man [Middle-Finger]" if the subject is assassinated, disposed, resigned, promoted, demoted, or deceased due to natural causes. The identical penalties applies to the "The Ring-Man", "Ring-Finger", or "Ringer" regarding the disclosure of The Five Fingers' [of the Left] of "The Left-Hand's" identity. E: Pinky/Smalls [Finger]: The sixth in command within the organization. Pinky/Smalls [Finger] may secede "The Ring-Man" if the subject is assassinated, disposed, resigned, promoted, demoted, or deceased due to natural causes. The identical penalties applies to the "Pinky/Smalls" or regarding the disclosure of The Five Fingers' [of the Left] of "The Left-Hand's" identity. 3. The Left-Hand Council [of Thirteen]: Thirteen members that are appointed within the council in order to function as the advisers of "The Five Fingers [Of the Left-Hand]. Usually, The Left-Hand Council [of Thirteen] tends to function as the elitist members of the organization with the ability to interact with the "The Five Fingers [of Left-Hand]". Thus, The Left Hand and Left-Hand Council [of Thirteen] usually discusses the affairs of the organization in order to present "The Five Finger's" orders to the "Officers" (via the MESSENGER) The council cannot disclose the identity of "The Five Fingers" OR The Left-Hand Council [of Thirteen] to any member or non-member within the map. However, disclosing their identities is not an issue as long as subjects are not revealed to be connected to the organization. The council is capable of ELECTING one member of the council if "The Five Fingers [of the Left]" requires another "Pinky/Smalls" through a democratic vote. 4. The Messenger: The messenger transports the information from "The Left-Hand Council [of Thirteen]" to the officers... Nothing more, nothing less. The Messenger is usually classified as a former dedicated "Officer" that deserves to attain a large amount of wealth after dedicating their entire life to the organization. In other terms, it is the "easy job" after functioning as a veteran member of the organization. The entire organization merely consists of ONE MESSENGER in order to ensure that the CONFIDENTIALITY of "The Left-Hand Council [of Thirteen] remains secure. The Messenger shall be executed if it discloses the name of an individual and their connection to the organization. For example, the Messenger cannot state "Christopher Wilson is a member of The Left-Hand Council [of Thirteen]!" to any member or non-member of the organization. However, the Messenger merely delivers the message... 5. The Treasurer: Responsible for presenting the organization's profits, losses, funds, distribution of funds etc... to The Messenger. Usually, The Treasurer attains the profits from the officers prior to presenting the profits to the messenger. The Messenger is expected to disclose the profits to "The Left-hand Council [of Thirteen]" while "The Left-Hand Council [of Thirteen]" discloses the profits to "The Five Fingers [of the Left-Hand]". Finally, "The Five Fingers [of the Left-Hand] discloses the profits, losses etc... to "The Left-Hand". The Treasurer does NOT regulate the WEALTH of the organization. However, it is the individual that REPORTS the information to higher members of the organization. Any MEMBER that conducts theft on the organization's currency shall be assassinated as soon as possible. 6. Officers: Thirty-three officers are appointed by a combination of "The Five Fingers [of the Left-Hand]" and "The Left-Hand Council [of Thirteen]" in order to abide by the orders of The Left-Hand Council [of Thirteen]. In the process, officers possess the ability to control their own "family" that exists under their last name. For example, James Taylor would form "The Taylor Family". Thus, the Officers are capable of forming their own unique orders as long as it does not interfere with the orders of "The Left-Hand Council [of Thirteen]". Otherwise, the Officer shall be executed by the organization. 7. Family Member: A regular member of the organization. Usually, the Family Member is expected to respond and abide by the orders of their Officer. Failure to abide by the orders of an officer may result in disciplinary actions that are devised by the Officer of the family. The family member is expected to classify themselves as a member of their respective family. For example, Tony Smith is a member of "The Taylor Family" (governed by Officer James Taylor) in order to be classified as "Tony 'Taylor' Smith". The identical scenario would apply to Mario Machiavelli as a member of "The Washington Family" in order to be classified as "Mario Washington Machiavelli". Each "Family Member" possesses numerous roles that could be fulfilled throughout the organization. The roles may include: robber, arsonist, extortionist, assassin, thief, kidnapper, espionage agent etc... any role that one could imagine as long as it contributes to the organization. 8. Recruit: The lowest member of the organization that is often expected to fulfill numerous tasks for family members and officers until the officer deems the recruit to be a suitable member of a specific family. Each and every member of the organization shall be capable of fulfilling any role that their character desires. However, each and every member must abide by the hierarchical structure of the organization. In other terms, the recruit must abide by the guidelines of the family and officer, the family members must abide by their officer, the officers must abide by the orders of the messenger, the messenger must abide by the orders of "The Left-Hand Council [of Thirteen]", "The Left-Hand Council [of Thirteen] must abide by the orders of "The Left-Hand", and "The Left-Hand" must abide by it's.... you guessed it... the undisclosed political party that had FORMED the entire organization since DAY ONE. Each and every member shall attain profits according to their ranks and roles within the organization considering that the organization intends to assert it's dominance throughout the map. The political party shall not claim ownership of any of the mafia's possessions etc... However, the party shall be expected to attain 50% of the ENTIRE organization's profits. In the process, the organization shall attain an extensive amount of favours from political leaders, Lawyers, doctors etc... within the city. It shall be worth one's efforts... PROFIT AND FAVOURS. UNIFORM: During important meetings, members are expected to equip a black or grey suit on to their character with a red shirt. However, members are not expected to equip a suit on to their character during the majority of their daily activities considering that it would preserve the CONFIDENTIALITY of the organization. Codes: Each and every member, depending on their rank, shall be presented with a set of CODES in order to ENSURE that the individuals are a member of the organization. The codes of a member of "The Left-Hand Council [of Thirteen]" shall possess different codes compared to an Officer etc... Any disclosure of such codes to another ranking member or non-member shall be executed considering that it would result in undercover officers or a third-party organization infiltrating the organization. "False-claiming" is NOT acceptable. (P.S. The mafia shall clearly BEGIN as a small organization until the organization consists of a lot of members)

1 pointHello my name is Thomas Hetch and I am running for governor. I am the founder and CEO of a unnamed security company I think it is important that I should be elected governor because I believe that we need a safe, fair, and prosperous state. Since I know how to run a business I can use the economy to our advantage. If you want proof of how successful Hetch Tech is then you will see when a new branch come to Ash Hill. I think that all races, sexual orientations, religions, and political statuses should be welcome with loving arms in this great state. If you have any ideas or questions then just tell me in the replies. Thank You and don't be afraid to be heard and vote. Last of all my slogan is if you have the ability to help then you have the responsibility to help. This means that if you have a lot of money the you should donate a fair share of it to a charity. My platform right under this. Thanks, Hetch

1 pointHello all. I'm a relatively new finder of Identity and decided to immediately support and contribute to it. I'm an avid dank memer which is all you need to know. As for the game, I still haven't quite figured out what I want to do. I've set my name in for running for governor, but I might do something in business, entertainment, or meth!

1 pointBasically, the suggestion is there's a written DMV driver's test before being permitted to move on to your driver's course, of which the course itself is either automated or handled through DMV associates. I could probably settle as a DMV driver course instructor for those who have sat down and passed the test. Overall, it would both be educational and improve role-play. As referenced here.

1 pointI kind of found the OP's argument a bit silly. So let's say you did rob a bank, sure. Now what are the odd's you're going to get away? Well, imaginably quite low without at least careful and professional planning. Now let's say you do get away like in your analogy, why would your getaway vehicle consist of an old slow crap-mobile as described? Sounds like you basically want to jump in and straight up get a crap ton of people together to pull off one of the most unorganized heists of all time only lucky to get away and only because there were so many of you. Being able to shoot from your vehicle or not, there are good points both ways. If you can shoot from your vehicle you can have all the advantage both with additional cover, mobility, and the element of surprise seeing as you can light someone up with little to no warning. If you can't shoot from a vehicle people can light you up and disable your vehicle with little to no ability to retaliate, especially in the case your vehicle is disabled in the process. Ultimately, your best course of action would either be to flee and hope for the best or position your vehicle just right so you can jump out to cover; Ultimately, this makes people seriously consider their options before shit hits the fan. Now the only way I can see this function working fairly is if it was purely suppressive fire, as in there is little to no accuracy when firing from a vehicle BUT of course still with a chance to hit your target giving them all the reason to get out of the way. Anyway, I imagine the function will be capable of being toggled on or off for private server's who have a seriously enforced role-play community. You have to remember, the official server's aren't meant for serious role-play. In the end, your planning is horrible. Basically it entirely consists of shooting your way out of every situation and hoping for all the advantage, when that's not how things work. Oh well, all the power to you I guess. In the end, just know who you are.

1 pointThe things that you find pointless, are maby not what other players find pointless. And that police can pull you over, yes that is true, but they need to have some reason for that (explained that in a mail to you as well) But that can happen in real life as well, regardless what it is you are driving with. If youre in a gang, MC Club or a legal Company, what will forbid you and youre gangmembers/club members or staff to talk together through a teamspeak program ? Or with an ingame friend through the ingame phone. I really dont understand youre point there.. Do you find it strange that the police use a police radio, like they do in real life ? If shooting from a car is so important for you, then get access to a private server, (or play Gta, or Arma 3) it will most likely be an option to choose enabled/disabled and most likely with a timer so it can not just be ticked on/off when ever you just need it. On public servers they allready made their point very clear.

1 pointI dont see it as any creapy religious way, but since the game are not out, and no alpha/beta then the only thing to do are either belive in it, and support it with a pledge, or dont belive in it and dont dont pledge then. Its really not that hard. If you have any doubts about it, then dont pledge, if you cant afford it atm. dont pledge. But if you can and will support it and belive in it why not pledge then ? Whats so creapy religious about that ? Do I belive in the devs on this game, yes Do I know when they will release anything, no (but I trust they will, soon as they will think its ready for public views, im not in a rush, its better that they get it right then release something that are awfull). And im sure the devs invested far more in to this game than any of us players have done.

1 pointI just have personal objections to the philosophy behind communism that's honestly not going to change from a conversation on the forums. Also, I haven't seen one real world example where a communist state did NOT turn completely totalitarian with massive suffering of the people. When the whole idea of communism is behind rejecting the sovereignty of the individual (Marx), what stops the communist state from inflicting any amount of oppression and violence on the people in the name of the collective good?
-
1 pointI'm not sure if I'm reading things wrong but the way some people talk about the developers of this game seems to be creepily religious. I don't think faith is something you need when it comes to video games especially if you're pledging pre-release. You should probably be thinking critically at that point.

1 pointso you can still go up to a crowd in the street if your not in a safe zone and sprey at them with a gun but u cant shoot at cops in a car chase where is the logic in that sounds to me your screwed if your doing criminal stuff alls they have to do cause they will be on ts survers like arma and just say your on this street then next thing your area will be crawling with them you wont be able to get away if theres like 8 or so cars on your ass after you just robed a bank u get out of your car your completely screwed you got thats just if you rob a bank or if you try drive away and avade them they call it in cause your arms dealing ts channel 8 cops on your ass only defence is to leave your car but they just drive upto hop out of there car mow you down or arrest u you try shoot back it will be like 8v2 try tell me how the hell are you suppose to get away doing a crime please i would like to know wait ill just go be a farmer cause that will be fun cause seems to me being a criminal is just pointless and not balanced at alll like they said it would be

1 pointI believe that Lucius is correct in several ways in regards to how not everyone ends up equal. One major reason why communism never worked is because we as a species can never have true equality in the sense of money and capitalization. It's just not how the world works or how we as people work. We can try to our best to allow everyone to benefit from one another, but that really depends on your ability to be a leader and allow to establish fair laws and taxes across the board.

1 pointHello everyone. I have recently seen an interesting and educational video, which I will share here. It is very important that all future first responders (police, fire and ambulance) drive carefully when responding to calls. On numerous occasions while playing some Arma Life mods, I have seen police officers cause accidents due to a total disregard for the safety of others. I will definitely be applying the techniques learned from this video when I am responding to a call in my ambulance. Future Identity Paramedic, Zulnex

1 pointAny other debates of government or ideology?
-
1 pointEh, I don't disagree with you on this one. However, it does lose your party credibility when you can't use proper grammar. Well, you got the basic idea. The bigger picture (still basic, but bigger nonetheless) is that communists look to destroy the free market by seizing the means of production, as well as taking away equality in opportunity and replacing it with equity in outcome (and this generally results to people starving to death because they are all equally dirt poor). I don't mean for you to take this harshly, but I really didn't lose much. The views of your party are pretty much completely non-parallel to the views of what the NIF's was. You clearly didn't do your research on what the NIF stood for before coming to me for a "collaboration", so I'll post a quote from a previous NIF-related thread: Also, you seem to have a severe misunderstanding of what being a "nationalist" means. It's not this identity-politics crap. It's understanding the inherent danger of immigration from certain parts of the world in very specific qualifications, as well as defending the safety and rights of the people.

1 pointThe developers confirmed with me that billboards will be a thing. This could probably work as a pretty nice billboard that'll catch interest lol.
-
1 pointI have faith, but actions speak louder than words. Early Access games have had a bad track record ( i hate the whole concept tbh ) I'm giving these devs more and more chances. A simple video was delayed multiple times. I rely on other people to make my games that I like, I understand I am not a dev, but the fact that I have been let down multiple times, in this case, I would like proof we aren't being lied to. ATLEAST understand where I'm coming from here, most of us here have justified views on this game's outlook and the devs.

1 pointOnce again, the state does no favors for private companies and private companies do no favors for the state! And centralized authority falls under many autocratic governments...like a Constitutional Dictatorship!
-
1 point@Notic3 @MrClark @ZanderiusMaximus Guys, the next video will be on "gun mechanics" which will be out before the module but also delays means nothing get rushed or half finished, yet the module is said to only have a few more things until it is ready and I am sure there will be a video and an announcement saying when they will release it. I may have patience like you guys but I have faith in the devs, do you? If you do then no need for posts about it.
-
1 pointOkay, that's false! Just because workers aren't governing doesn't make it fascist! Very few society have those of the blue collar class leading government! However, fascist is closely related I prefer the term Constitutional Dictatorship due to limitations and so forth!
-
1 pointNo...it's more of a Constitutional Dictatorship with a planned economy!
-
1 pointThe words capitalism, capitalistic, and capitalist shouldn't be associated with my party! A small portion of the economy is through free enterprise, but it's mainly government controlled! Did you read the Five Characteristics of a Lucious Times Economy?
-
1 pointCan you stop role playing Shakespeare for a minute and speak simple? My party doesn't hurt workers yatta yatta yatta! My party literally has the fairest policies of all policies!
