Yes, I do agree with you RP wise. But if your case is the legitimate case, and people who kill for no reason get away with it, it's chaos. The killer has to define to an admin or cop why he killed the victim out of character. Or else it's RDM, killing for no reason. Yes, a man can be killed by feud between two rival organizations, but if "Idk he just pissed me off", than it's RDM, that's childish and insane.

I know Herzog, and this character profile has been disbanded I am pretty sure.

Their will most likely be a program in the game that calculated whoever kills another character. If the killing was done for no reason, or you fail to provide why you have killed the man or women out of character, you will be banned for RDM.

I love 1970's NYC street gangs and if I was not affiliated with the Inagawa-Kai I would love to join you or start my own street gang, posing after The Electric Eliminators or The Van Cortlandt Rangers. An interesting RP story, seems like you've put a decent amount of time into it. A twist from the normal RP format most members do. Also, love the GIF at the end. One of my personal favorite movies of all time. One of Robert De Niro's best.
