This was asked/proposed a few times. They said they won't add any electronic stores. But you'll be able to order items online, and real people will deliver it. Worry not, it'll still come after a certain time if no one takes care of it.

They haven't said they would update it every single day of the week. Please remember they are only in the office during work days, which is from Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM (UTC -4:00). They usually manually update it at the end of their shift.

Hello @Whitey Please make sure to add noreply@identityrpg.com to your contact list. Whether it makes it to junk/spam folder or not depends on your email service provider. I have seen other emails coming from a certain email address that was sent to my spam folder, which I had to add to my contact list in order to fix that issue.

Hello @Lxke , The progress in the modules will not be transferred in the beta. The first module is the social module, which includes apartment customization. There is no economy (everything is free for testing purpose), so that is why there won't be transfer of progress. However, you won't lose your pledge rewards when the beta/full release will come out.

Hello @Frisky and welcome! I've pledged back in December 2016 and I've seen a lot going on. Despite estimations being delayed many times, I can understand why they have done it. At the moment, Town Square is super close and so far it's all on track. I wouldn't be surprised if there was any small delays due to server side issues. I'm definitely excited for it and we've never been so close to Module One ever!

No one likes delays. John (Paratus) didn't like delaying it for an extra month, but so far it's been worth it. Otherwise it would have been very tight and they wouldn't have had the time to do more thorough internal testing. Right now it's on tracks and it's very close to the release date. The only kind of delay I would expect at this point would be caused by server side issues. I've paid a considerable amount of money over time to support the developers. They need it for developing the game, and I know they aren't greedy like some triple a companies. We all want this game to succeed don't we?

Pledge of $250 gives you luxury one bedroom, $500 gives non-luxury two beds, and luxury two beds was only available in Kickstarter (before website). Yep you can have as many roommates as you have free bedrooms. And I believe luxury means more space and it will be located more conveniently in the world (beta/full release).

Then what? I'm still going to play the game. I know it'll be awesome.

I started with $30, and upgraded one package at a time as time was passing. I've stopped at $250 because I didn't think that getting a non-luxury 2 bedrooms apartment would be worth the leap. I do understand it's a lot of money, but I wanted to support the developers because I know it is not a small project.

Steam achievements are planned to be added. They will make sure that everyone has a chance to get it, even though some will be harder than the others. They don't want people to have a unique achievement (for example finding a unique treasure), not on Steam at least.

Hello @Vanishing, as others have said, you will need the Founder pledge of $30. If you have Citizen, it will only costs $15 to upgrade to Founder.

The work days of Asylum is from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM EDT (Eastern Daylight Time). As we're currently using daylight saving time instead of standard time, that's why it's EDT instead of EST (Eastern Standard Time).

Welcome @Te_Ika_A_Whiro You might be able to run the game on low settings, just like me. As it was said previously, there is not official system requirements at the moment. The developers need to do further testing with older hardware to get any idea of the minimum requirements. You can always check the Twitch clips and the extended FAQ to get more information. What are the system requirements? There is no official knowledge yet as its too early to say, but if you can run games like GTA V, Arma 3 and Ark you should be fine.

This is what the wiki says about Ray Tracing: "Optical ray tracing describes a method for producing visual images constructed in 3D computer graphics environments, with more photorealism than either ray casting or scanline rendering techniques." For now, all I can say is that one of the developers uses a method called "photogrammetry" for creating realistic 3D assets.

You'll get everything listed on the highest pledge package you pledge for. For example, I have the Speed Demon, which includes a sport car. I will not have the rusty old car or the used motorbike. The highest package price is $500, the kickstarter pledges are not available anymore.

Wrong section I believe. Nonetheless, you'll be able to access your apartment that your pledge will give you. If your package don't have one, you will be given a small apartment to mess around with. Everything will be free ($0), but the progress will not be transferred in beta or full game. Yes you'll have access to the cinema, even karaoke, art gallery, and more.
