Something tells me even if they finish it all, they won't release town square until after the new website launches and it seems a bit fishy that the company in charge of sorting the payment system isn't getting it done or getting back to asylum, not aiming this at the devs or saying it's suspicious but I'm pointing out that the payment company should have had this sorted out by now

The thing to remember here is this isn't GTA, in fact it's GTA 10x better. In Grand theft auto you can only play the criminal and when cops arrive they instantly go to kill, the cops in identity won't do that, they'll only be allowed to use lethal force if you attempt to kill them or injure them using extreme force. Secondly you'll be able to do near enough anything such as get a job or a career ( difference is jobs get easy money but not a good source of income whereas careers are full time and bring much more money in ), own your own business or brand and sell clothing or just about anything else possibly. You'll be able to go fishing and farming and even cook meth or other drugs and distribute or use them for your own recreational purposes etc. This game will be nothing like GTA, it'll make GTA look like a playground compared to identity and because of the RP aspect you'll be able to do whatever you want in peace of mind knowing that 99.9% of the time you won't be disturbed by other players unless you come across some chancer who thinks it is GTA and wants to go try and mug every person he comes across. ( In my personal opinion I don't think young people should be allowed to play this and should be restricted to an 18+ game, after all it's based on real life and I don't want COD kiddies coming in like it's day one of a new cod game ). That said I'm looking absolutely forward with full excitement for identity and I couldn't be more excited as each day goes by and the task tracker is completed more and more, so everyone so tight and enjoy the ride, because it's coming sooner than we think and it'll be worth the wait. The point I was making is that the devs are doing the work and getting on with the job, sure some people may think programing and bug fixing is easy to explain, some people get it some people don't, we'll just have to agree to disagree etc. As long as the job is done I don't think it matters either.

here's an idea, go give a presentation on something you know nothing about to an audience of 1000 people and see what happens. that's why the devs haven't said anything about programming and bugs because it's far easier to explain art than it is programming and bug fixing, and guarantee 95% of people here don't have experience in bug fixing and programming, it's not something you can explain in a few words. and rather than sitting here explaining every little detail the devs could be getting on with the work like they are now.

1- yes we can rent servers but probably not in town square 2-i don't know how much 3-refer to my first answer 4-i would assume so 5- I don't know and most people probably don't 6-thats not a question that's asking for opinion and we haven't even played town square so why ask if we love it?

Just go for it my man, if you plan on buying more pledges and upgrades in future then you may as well go VIP, I upgraded to that over a year ago and I don't regret it, the extra space and other bonuses will help in the long run.

Fortnite also has more devs and a solid source of income, asylum entertainment has the devs it has and relies on freelancers and volunteers. They also have to rely on backers whereas fortnite regularly has players purchase enough and often to keep the game going

Ark I don't think is a requirement, pretty sure you just need to be able to run GTA V and Arma III on minimum for town square at least, if you can run games like ark on minimum then you'd be alright

given how huge the map is i wouldn't be surprised if there was such facilities but hard to say until we know for sure

still at 100%, always have been and will be but as i said in a previous post unfortunately i'm sometimes more easily susceptible to tendencies of paranoia ( not due to a medical condition but previous life experiences have contributed to it ) and as such my mind keeps going up and down about how the game is going, sadly for people like me my paranoia tends to flare up when delays happen and the devs don't say much and despite how sometimes I've come across as disbelieving the devs i do honestly believe deep down this game will be a huge success and isn't a scam. i just hope more people can see the genuine nature of paratus and his vision for identity

As far as town square goes I'll just enjoy all the apartment customization and shenanigans in town square, meet as many new people as possible, enjoy everything on offer and keep doing so until the next modules release and then eventually the full game. As for the full game I'll try to get a decent career hopefully either the police and rise through the ranks or if not a well paid job like bank manager or something etc.

I agree, the devs have said anyway that the VIP package is getting three extra items so I think that that's fair, now I'll have to ask you all to forgive me for going back and forth between thinking the devs are genuine and thinking maybe it's a false sense of security etc, you know tendencies of paranoia tend to make you a little unsure of things in life but I'm glad the devs are doing what they're doing
