I'm not big on diesels, but what I've noticed usually diesels rev much lower than petrol cars. Like a diesel would have a redline at 5 or 6 when petrol usually goes up to 7 or 8. Also the sound is deeper and diesels don't stall that easily since there's more power going down. For google searches: Petrol vs Diesel gauges

Best solution would be just to not have a wanted level system. It doesn't work like that. If someone thinks you're causing a ruckus, they'll report you, and it's up to the police to see if they catch you or not. Even without a wanted level system in other RP games, I still manage to get pulled over by the feds.

Yeah, you're gonna need to have each company onboard separately, talking the same thing through with all of them. And if you want to have like BMW and Audi, then you're gonna see those two fighting to get their products depicted as better than the other. Also they'll sue you if you make a damage model because god forbid if you let anyone ruin their precious designs.
