To be honest, i like this, it means no player will just kill a cop for his gear or car, so has no reason to needlessly kill cops.

Being a hitman is fully 100% ILLEGAL. Although if someone hires you to do it, you still can, just leave no trace for the police to link it to you.

So many possibilities for bodyguards, and not even just ones for say the Governor, if someone hires you as a bodyguard, you get some of those abilities.
