We have no clue but, I would say as close to one in real life. Also you will have to wait for the full game to do it specifically if that you mean as when the game comes out. (Not modules), beta maybe but then it will be reset likely for full release.

If it has to be ported then likely not because that is a console overall, but if you can just play it from your steam library without the devs doing something extra then I would expect it to be there as the game will be on steam. Otherwise if the game has to be ported, not at full release and also it would come under the same answer as consoles. which can be found here: FAQ Extended

Well they only update it when they fell they have hit a milestone in development and so is in big chunks.

Even if there was another map, there would not be a loading screen and would likely be a new island and wit would be on one server. This way planes would be on a set destination but I wouldn't add pilots as a career because it is pointless/ only if the pilot could not go off route. Then that would stop people flying into buildings etc. Also having a loading screen ruins immersion and well I am sure planes would be better off where you can sit down and talk to players and also get up and walk around at certain points, maybe have a tv on the plane seats. Also as a DLC would be good too.

Weed stinks, I don't do drugs/ smoke and so it is not a holiday of any kind for me. Also the day comes before the month in my books and so really it is 20/04/2017 not 4/20/2017. It don't make sense for the day to be the middle.

I don't believe that anyone is planning a server in that region because well there is not particularly a lot of people from that bit as far as I know of and no point having a server which is half empty or not even half full.

Your character will be reset by the time it goes to beta after the modules and also will likely reset at full release so that people don't get too much of an advantage over others who pre-ordered the game.
