The Devs have already stated a couple of times now that they won’t be adding any aeroplanes or helicopters into the game for players to use as they feel it would break the immersion. They also want people to really “take in the sights and atmosphere” (not a quote, simply my way of describing what they said) rather than simply flying from point A-B and missing half of the island’s sights. I completely agree with the Developers on this one. Planes and helicopters would ruin the game, not to mention the trolls who would simply kamikaze all the time.

Just wanted to share that I've just upgraded my package from Founder to Cabbie so I can now get the rusted car! Note: I am perfectly aware that cars won't be available for a LONG time or at least until the 3rd module is released but I just wanted to buy it in advance whilst the prices are still cheapened. Incorrect and false information. Correct date is: March 21st, 2018. This question gets asked so many times each week, I've lost count. A very small bit of research and using the on-site SEARCH BAR would have easily answered this. I'm not a Moderator or staff at all, in any way, however, I would still like to point out that by repeating this question as it has already been asked many times before, it only creates more spam and clutter on the forums.

I was definitely planning on purchasing Homeowner, however, I'm going to wait a few months (before March 21st obviously) to buy it so that I can save up with my pay from work. I simply bought Cabbie just now so that even if I don't manage to purchase Homeowner by March 21st, I'll still have "something" I don't need a massive, fancy penthouse yet, I'm happy living in my own little apartment which I can customise and just make "my own" little home. I completely understand but it'll be good to have a bit of a head-start once Identity releases since so many others will already have sportscars, motorbikes and apartments along with some money too so if you're planning on starting a business, running for Governor or doing any other majorly important jobs, it would definitely be good to be prepared in advance. I understand about it still being developed though.

So, could you technically just never buy an apartment/house so you could never be homeless (unless you wanted to, of course) and always live in your hotel or would it kick you out automatically once you could afford an apartment or house even if you don't buy it? Also, if you buy an apartment or house then decide to sell it or move out, will you then become homeless or can you get your hotel room back?

It's not "switching", in my opinion; it's developing and progressing. For example, in regards to our tax policy, it had originally been set to 15%, however, as our views and beliefs included wanting to increase funding for things such as the Emergency Services using income earned from tax, we improvised and decided to lower it to 12% so that there can be an equal mix from the public's satisfaction and ours. With our new tax rate, we will still be able to afford increased funding for the Emergency Services, just not as well as we could with 15%, however, this also means that the public will be paying less in tax. In other words, I feel it's important for us to adapt to the public's requests, however, we also need to find an equal and balanced improvisation so that we stay true to our original beliefs.

All of our policies were created with a mixture of both personal views and the views of the public, however, overall, all policies were set in place with the intent of ensuring the happiness and morale of the public. Our party is all about ensuring the island is safe, equal and comfortable for as many citizens as possible, although, I'd be lying if I said we could please everyone. With numerous suggestions to give more leniency in regards to gun control and firearm ownership, we felt it best to ensure the satisfaction of the public. However, this does not mean that we have just completely ignored our personal views. We have simply given more leniency and expanded our requirements as to who can legally own such firearms. Automatic weaponry will be prohibited, except in the case of authorised members of Law Enforcement such as S.W.A.T.. We plan on making further statements in the upcoming IPO debate and on our website in the upcoming week, probably after the debate so that visitors to the IPO debate can receive the news first which will hopefully help to bring more people to the debate and give IPO some more attention. I believe that this will allow for members of the public to, much more efficiently, communicate with the current candidates rather than having to visit each individual's campaign thread, post and wait on a response. At least with this, you can receive answers in real time!

Not even in the OFFICIAL Identity Discord server in which there are literally channels based on the forums? There's a channel called The Podium too and there's voice channels in there too. I'd say it's perfectly fine to host them on the Discord since, you know, the game isn't out until March 21st, 2018!
