What's up everybody, I go by northside. I've been watching the development of this game since early 2016, and I can't wait for it's release!

VAC bans are usually game specific unless stated otherwise but Identity will have it's own Anti Cheat system built from the ground upwards and which that is one of the top priorities for Asylum to get right as they don't like cheaters as much as we don't.

@LuciousTimes I didn't say that. I said the unit itself is stupid. It's like using a foot as a unit of measurement. Or displaying the month before the day. Get with the times guys...

Really excited about how realistic it is. How many things you can do in all aspects and the house system specifically. Probably gonna be doing business or politics.

Hello everyone my names Q or Cranky, I have multiple aliases but you can call me Cranky or Branky. I'm happy to join the community I've been watching the development for a year or so now so I decided to finally be apart of the community.

Thanks for the feedback! Yeah I am thinking that it might not be the best of ideas to be associated with the club, I don't know. I'll see closer to the game. Look forward to seeing yourself sometime too! maybe we can do a joint operation one day.

You won't be able to go in houses unless you own them.

There won’t be any air vehicles in the game, period. You might see an airplane at the island’s airport, but it won’t be anything flyable. The developers really don’t want to add aircrafts as they allow players to get from Point A to Point B and skip all the social interaction along the way.

Well how are you people doing? I've been following this game a few months after it was announced. Just now found this nifty little site, not to mention I was lucky enough to snatch this beautiful name up. Nice to know people share the interest of RP as much as I do. Anyways, I don't have anything else to say right now, so I'm shutting my metaphorical mouth.

like @LuckyDuck said, there will not be any cars being made by players. If you find there is a car you wish was in the game during the beta trials that would benefit both yours and other's immersion, then you will and can suggest it to the devs. However I would suggest doing more research such as the possibility of logo placements on vehicles, but other than that, no you will not be able to make your own vehicle probably to avoid people making overpowered vehicles or un-realistic vehicles that could ruin immersions.

I agree completely, I was just stating that parties with identical ideologies that do not have the attributions against the political beliefs of other identical parties would be merged. I.E the analyst would show the generalised goal of two parties which happen to be the same and it is also found that both parties are liberal or whatever they are, therefore those two parties will be encouraged to merge under agreed terms which benefits the merging party (the one joining the other) or both parties could remove their own parties and reform together as one major party. In summary, obviously parties with the differences you mentioned above will not be merged, but the ones that don't possess those differences or others will be merged to avoid any duplication or confusion during voting.

Happy Holidays From Asylum! The holidays are upon us, and the team at Asylum begins their short rest! We've been busier than ever, and this coming January is shaping up to be one of our biggest months in a very long time, if not ever. Our expanded team has been working hard on game features beyond the Town Square, and you're finally going to be getting a glimpse of true Identity gameplay very soon in the new year; that's just the start. Keeping it Real Primary systems in Identity such as weapons and vehicles are being developed to operate as realistically as possible. Last week a few of the developers braved the freezing temperatures at a local range to record audio directly from a slew of real firearms in all sorts of conditions. It's very important to us that the weapons in Identity look, sound and react as close to reality as possible. We've even modeled the ballistic physics based on real-world mathematical formulas. Powerful weapons are going to be rare in Identity. Assault weapons, for example, will likely be used in major circumstances. For the most part players will have access to less powerful weaponry; melee, hand guns, hunting rifles, and so on will be the norm. Here it Comes! With the Town Square development moving along, we're not far off from showing the world real Identity gameplay! Like I said up there, January is going to be a big month. For us in the studio, we're excited to get our hands on a few new technology demos that might have a huge impact on Identity! For our fans, January is going to be the month you see the first true world gameplay video. Not only that, but soon after we're looking to release a Town Square trailer! Keep your eyes out on Identity's Twitter and Facebook. The Twitch Clips If you've been following Identity's development closely, you probably already know that developers stream their work live on the Identity Twitch channel every Tuesday and Thursday (except on this coming week due to holidays). We also use that time to answer almost every question that gets asked about Identity's development and gameplay. Now that we've been doing this a while, we've answered a lot of questions. Our awesome community manager, BeachBall, has taken the time to compile a massive list of questions linked to clips where they're answered by a developer. Get comfy and head over to the Twitch Clips Directory forum thread. If you haven't found this already, be prepared to spend a good bit of time listening to all sorts of awesome information. This is the best place to get to know the fine details Identity! -- John VanderZwet

my opinion is that the $30 package isn't a smart option, you could literally buy the game twice, for that extra 15 you get to play identity's version of secondlife 2.0 module 1 csgo module 2 dirt 3 module 3 in order even though its all going to be available when it comes out, and of course nobody is telling us how long that betas going to be, some betas last a year, some last a month, 0 clue how long identity's is going to be
