Like @Whitefeather says above, but also the devs have said that other than you can get addicted they mentioned buffs and they like will include some of those already but it would not be such a thing where it is too unrealistic.

You can have friends stay / live with you as long as you have a bedroom per person, they most likely will change this to "Per bed" at a later point but for now it is per bedroom.

Anything before the full game will be wiped for full release and so everyone starts at the same place with a few minor head starts with pledges giving money. Official servers however after a certain amount of time it could be a possible thing but I think that it will be more because of a huge update or something but that is my opinion and is not confirmed as anything. It will be more immersion breaking to type than to talk as talking is quick and you can't run and type so if you're running from people you can't tell your friend to do something with out stopping.

Well I know there were some but you will have to google it and see as I am not sure of any names.

You can get a headset which does that but they cost a lot of money if you want a decent one. They change your voice on imput and also there is software which change your voice directly on input but I have never heard of one that makes you record it then play it back.

No roaming AI in the game and so all traffic congestion's in the game will thus be interactive as it will consist of only real players.

On official servers, there will be a tutorial you have to go through at a educational facility e.g. the university in this case and then you can go and become a cop. There will be an automatic process for it.
