No, the "Town Square" won't be 1/3 or even close to that much of the map, it will only be a "Town Square" which is a part of 1 of the 3 cities named ash hill. You will see likely the full map at beta next year.

It is confirmed about you have to use a emote for you to be able to see someones name. The official servers will likely have the names above the heads but otherwise it will you perform a emote before knowing the persons name etc.

Well i am certain of the answer I gave and that is of one explosive. I would not say it was confirmed if I didn't get it officially from a dev.
