As a PC game they'll still be careful in order not to make it a Postal 3, but I think consoles aren't planned and won't ever be a thing (I might be wrong, but this looks like it)

I don't think you'll be able to design vehicles, but you'll have the customizations to play with -
I agree with you, but I was pointing the fact that receiving a direct headshot surely gives you waaaaay less than a 1/10 chance of surviving!
