Gangs will be player created. You may be able to access a menu for your gang and assign certain ranks to different members. 0 Posted November 30, 2016 (edited) @looper1235 This is just my opinion but you might want to start off doing some legal things until you have sufficient funding for your gang because rival gangs that start off big might be looking to eliminate competition early to rise to the top and stay there by being the "alpha gang".
