There will be different sounds for the police, and they can be toggled. Different engine types are not confirmed (yet), but engine realism is confirmed, so expect this, or some form of this. I am unsure about the different tiers of purchasing tires, but tire degradation is confirmed, and will be realistic. (E.G., no off-roading in a sedan.)

I have put the entire Mafia II radio soundtrack in the user-music folder and I downloaded SparkIV yesterday. I also installed the Farnsworth Business Mod and LCPDFR; both VERY fun mods!
