    as someone who does let me educate you on the subject for a second time. -clears throat- yes they do. Because there's a lot less crime in rural and suburban areas, and it's a lot cheaper they can justify it. And they do daily.

    Frank deserves the ICA Underworld award hands down. I'm new here but from what I been seeing he's more active then any mob boss in here :). He deserves it just being honest. @Frank. Also, no diss to the other nominees but franks a cool guy....
