How will the full map be released?

How will the actual full-scale world of Identity be released? Is the full map worked on throughout all the modules? Or is it all planned to be released fully in a certain module, and then added onto?

The modules will section different parts of the map. You know, the first module is called 'town square' so it is likely to feature a 'town square' only.
