ALTHOUGH, UNLESS WE TRY IT THERE IS NO WAY OF KNOWING THE EXTENT. BUT HERE IS PROOF THAT THERE WILL BE SOME FORM OF HACKING. Posted November 11, 2018 The elected government can set the default values of the signs like this around the world. They can be hacked, but it'll affect only that one sign for some minutes. Posted November 11, 2018 MOST DEFINENTLY BOTH GRAFFITI AND BILLBOARD HACKING WILL BE MOSTLY UNPLEASANT, BUT THERE WILL BE SOME PEOPLE LIKE THE DEDSEC COMMUNITY, STREET GANGS, AND CARTELS TO SEND A SERIOUS MESSAGE.
