Guy's it is highly unlikely that they will even go as high as 1 thousand even if they can. They want the player base in one server not be over crowded but decent enough that you could potentially see a traffic jam on the streets/ roads. They don't have to choose to have over 300 players but they possibly will test and see what is best to have as a server population.

There is only cosmetic items that you can buy as with real money and everything else has to be earned in game to get In-game currency to buy those other things.

No, YouTube would take the video down instantly without the police being involved because the devs could show the agreement on startup to YouTube as proof and that obviously is going to get it taken down otherwise they could get sued as a worst case scenario and also YouTube are required to take a video down for a video violating something.

If they said you cannot record and post on YT then, they can take down the footage as it would be in agreement on launching the game. Publicity is good, but some companies want things not to be revealed by players if it is at early stages and "The modules" is like an Alpha stage set, but because they are standalone parts of the game, it will be more feature full for aspects they have said would be included and a "First Impression" is needed to be great for the game to become better in the long run.

Modules are more an Alpha than a beta like stated above... Beta is going to be the closest thing to the full game at release. Which the beta is not going to be out till Early 2018, with modules releasing throughout this year.
