@TheDynasty When i just went to the shop it said any pledge under the one I made was purchased, I could only buy the pledge above. And it said prices are heavily discounted and they wont be there after the module is released. I got mine as fast as i could... just in case

Unfortunately i didnt hear about identity until after the kickstarter. It's a shame that if you pledge a certain amount, you dont actually get a house, instead of apt. But then again, I'm sure all the houses would be sold by now. There wouldnt be any left to buy once everyone else got on. It makes sense...

Mass effect Andromeda looks beautiful. Not just open world but, open galaxy...amazing...I played the 2nd and 3rd on Xb1 respectively. It was still a great experience. Lots to do, and many different scenarios to play out, very high replayability value imo. I just got Origin and mass effect 2 & 3 are there for free with subscription, and I was so used to controller, i was lost. It took me 10 minutes to figure out how to get out of the game. But there will be controller support for Andromeda...17 days left...well almost 16 now

Ok i just found out exactly what you were talking about...Yea you would think that ppl who sell computers for a living would say. HEY, freesync is for AMD graphics cards. You got a gtx you need a GSync TV...I see exactly what you meant as soon as i started fiddling with the menu options to optimize the Monitor lol. Still Ive heard some terror stories with getting a new pc so all in all not to bad So yes, I have to get a G-Sync Monitor, or Im not utilizing my graphics card to it optimal potential with my monitor. I tell u what, it aint horrible tho. I played Evolve Stage 2 at 4k settings GOD IT LOOKED AWESOME STILL! This is what I'll be playing Identity on...Not too shabby for a 1st PC...

Because I had no idea what I was doin lol and no one said it wasn't a good monitor...now that I already bought it, but oh well...my pc is up and running and looks sweet...maybe u can help me, why doesn't my card go with my TV, no one told me it needed to "go with it". it was a 4k monitor with 1ms response, I thought that was good for gaming. I literally seen identity like 3 weeks or so ago, decided I was gonna get a gaming PC. I'm a complete PC NOOB, I'm learning as I go

well that certainly woulda been nice to know before...lol I'm actually on it right now. Just brought my rig home plugged it in thru a weird HDMI cable(one side was flat)I think DPI. this is all EXTREMELY new for me. I haven't been on a computer since pretty much AOL 3.0 or whatever. I figure its on, it looks beautiful, of all the things that coulda happened, it coulda been a lot worse. OMG its Amazing looking, I've got my account on my pc now, so when I get paid I'll b dropping my pledge. I'M SO EXCITED! I don't believe in that whole PC Master Race idea... Hows everybody doin? My name is John. I'm 38 married with 3 kids, and have played video games since Atari 2600, console mostly with a few computer games played thru the years. I do not own a computer, and am buying one specifically because Identity looks like an experience i want to be a part of, and honestly dont want to miss out on. What will i need to run Identity smoothly? I am starting from scratch. I was curious about the criminal aspect of Identity, will there be crooked cops, lawyers and judges and others "on the take". How long will these current pledges be up, I want to get a system and need to know how long i have to make a pledge on the current system of prices and rewards. Looking forward to making my own "Identity".

Im goin to have a lot to learn, and all this I'm taking on, so I can play Identity, its the only reason i wanted a pc. Now I'll be able to get into a whole lot more, that i couldnt do on console. Im not big on FB, Snapchat, Twitter...yada yada yada Ive always used my cell to call ppl and look things up on the net, when i want to know something, Or just reading up on different subjects...So i aint really good with navigating very well, its all a learning process for me

I actually expanded on this in another post about survivalist career path, or job. And I really dont think it will take away the immersion, as much as add to it...Its just another way to experience Identity. I dont know how it will work but i wanna go thru as many different ways of living and surviving on Identity as i can. Really, Immerse myself sometimes, like maybe...just walk out of my house/apt one day. And pretend i own nothing, start all over so to speak...go live in the woods till i can work my way back to civilization, just to see how it is...experience another way to play, or practice for when and if Identity get Disasters. Im just brainstorming...spit ballin'...

Guys, Im not saying this is the best set up in the world, and it certainly ain't the worst. I was looking for minimum requirements and no one wanted to etch anything in stone. So instead of goin with minimum requirements, Since i have no clue about computers cause this is my 1st game pc, i had X amount to work with and i got what would suit me and my needs...Im doin 4k, VR and streaming. So i wanted to make sure i could get something decent qith room for improvement when needed. And if by chance anyone wanted to see something to use for a refrence point, they could go up or down depending on their tastes and budget...why do ppl waste posts repeating things, ive explained. And i had barely any help trying to figure out what was best for something i have NO experience with. A guy at Xidax helped me put most of that list together, and no one said it was a bad monitor. Its 4k which is what i wanted. I was just tryin to help the ppl still looking for clues to what to get. That are coming from console to PC like me...

So awesome, thanks for the reassurance. I will definitely be playing alot of different types of games, Mass Effect, GTA, Identity...And it makes me feel alot better that i didnt waste and get more than i needed. I know less than squat and im always 2nd guessing myself

Mine is the expanded, but not exploded version, I definitely have LOTS of room for improvement on my rig. I have no liquid cooling. I put very lil into looks and worried more about performance

Care to maybe expand on that with a list of cheaper priced parts or alternatives or $1000 pc build with parts list so ppl can refrence it

I said that it was overkill, for just identity, but as i couldnt find minimum specs, this is what i put together to take care of my needs for VR and 4k and i also stated that it could be worked either way depending on ur tastes and budget. It was meant to be a refrence point. For ppl that arent computer savy as others. Like me. If it can run arma 3 and gta v doesnt mean all that much to me. As this is my 1st gaming pc...but i didnt want to get just good enough. I wanted to make sure there was no way i couldnt run Identity, and i did just that. And was offering some advice to help others in my situation

I was wondering about this aspect of living off the land as well. Also goin a step further tho and make a job at teaching others to be able to survive off the land. I wonder if they will have stars we can use to find our way, if we get turned around in some forest or mountains. For ppl that dont wanna just use the map and immerse themselves as much as possible. Maybe plants that can be picked, to be eaten, and knowing which plants are ok to eat and which would be poisonous

I could see the addiction thing but that could be a bit tricky to implement, what kinda handicaps are we talking? Gimpy leg or like MS, or something debilitating like that. I think that would be tryin too hard. It sucks living with disabilities IRL. Ppl make the best of the situation, but i cant imagine it would be fun in a video game, and might even get some protests...Now maybe some random things could happen where u get stuck with a hospital bill, like getting appendicitis, or a bulletwound getting infected. That could be cool if it was done right

I wonder how the heist planning will go myself, i mean i personally wouldnt want to have the police come in my house and see my heist planning set up in the living room. Lol i wonder if there will be a basement or multiple levels in a house or apts. Will we need to go some place outside our home to plan our criminal undertakings? Like "Sub-Hubs" for criminals

Umm do you mean like how GTA V on 360 n ps3 doesnt have 1st person view, and a BUNCH OF OTHER THINGS...you cant fit it all on the space provided with consoles, but ps4 and xbox 1 certainly have MORE to the game than their predacessors. Ceo and biker missions, i believe someone told me, they didnt have on 360 and ps3. But thats what i was told...so again slow down and also research before u try and make someone look dumb
