    OUR PURPOSE

    THIS PARTY IS HERE TO DEFEND IDENTITY FROM THOSE WHO WANT TO DO HARM TO THIS STATE'S ECONOMY AND THE GREAT PEOPLE THAT RESIDE IN IT.

     

    WE IN THIS PARTY THOUGH WANT MUCH MORE THEN THAT, WE WANT TO MAKE IDENTITY THE GREATEST STATE POSSIBLE.

     

    POSITIONS

    Taxes

    To keep this economy strong we must have a fair income tax, a flat .50% property tax, and a 5% sales tax.

    Sense you already know the property and sales tax,

     

    This is the income tax rate board.

        $0- $30,00 = 0% tax rate

        $30,000- 40,000 =2.5% tax rate

        $40,000- $50,000 =3.5%tax rate

        $50,000- $70,000=4.5% tax rate

        $70,000- $100,000=5.5% tax rate

        $100,000- $200,000=6% tax rate

        $200,000- $300,000=8% tax rate

        $300,000- $500,000=10% tax rate

        $500,000- $1,000,000= 12% tax rate

        $1,000,000 < = 13% tax rate

        Small Businesses rate= 2%

    Corporate rate= 5%  

     

     

     

     

     Weapon policies

    I think that there should be no machine guns or military or S.W.A.T grade weapons out on the street. I think that to make this state safer that there shouldn't be assault rifles out on the streets. I think that there should be three categories of weapons out on the street. The first category will be under hunting. This category will have hunting rifles, pistols, and shotguns, scopes will be allowed but no silencers. The second category will be self defense which will include pistols and shotguns, you will be allowed to shoot before you call the police if someone is trying to kill you. Last category will be pleasure guns. These guns you will only be able to shoot at shooting ranges, and you must be trained to shoot them. Extensive background checks will be preformed to buy any of these weapons. You will also have a licence to shoot any of these weapons. That means no criminal record. Butterfly knives and switch blades will be illegal. The only ammo that will be allowed will be general ammo. 

    Crimes

    In a Thomas Hetch island(if there ever is one) there will be lower crime rates because I will encourage the officers, politicians, and other high ranked people to interact not only with their friends but the community so they know that we care about them. 

     

     

    Sentences:

    Petty theft: 10-20 Minutes, fine of $100

    Grand Theft: 20-40 Minutes, fine of $500

    Robbery: 40 miniutes-1 Hour, fine of $750

    Illegal Drug Possession: Same as robbery

    Armed Robbery: 2 Hours, fine of $1000

    Assault: 4 Hours, fine of $2000

    Aggravated Assault: 6 Hours, fine of $3000

    Vehicular Manslaughter: 6 hours, fine of  $3500

    Involuntary Manslaughter: 8 hours, fine of $4000

    Voluntary Manslaughter: 8 hours, fine of $5000

    Murder: 15 hours, fine of $10000 

     

    Drug Policies

      Weed, tobacco, alcohol, and prescription drugs will be the only legal drugs. 

     

    Jobs and min wage

     I think that the minimum wage should be $15 an hour. Don't fire people if they make one little mistake business owners. Minimum layoffs would be great.

     

    Oil drilling

        I support oil drilling as long as it is done in the correct matter. We can't have marine life dying. 

    Voting

      . I care about what the people say and that is what will be done. I think that though that everyone should be able to vote, regardless of their record. This is their america too.

    Death Penalty

       I think for really bad crimes people should get the death penalty. bad crime include murder and terrorism only 

     

    Healthcare

    I think together we can make a affordable healthcare system that will benefit everyone upper, middle, and lower class all together. I will help doctors make a decent pay check. There will be three classes of care. Basic, Premium, and Business. All include doctor checkups for when you are sick and annually on birthdays.
     

    Basic: Up to $1.5 million in medical coverage. Medicine bills coverage up to $250,000.

    Lower class rate: $100/mo Mid class rate: $200/mo Upper class rate: $300/mo

    Premium: Up to $2.5 million in medical coverage. Medicine bills coverage up to $500,000.

    Lower class rate: $200/mo Mid class rate: $400/mo Upper class rate: $500/mo

    Business: Up to $2 million in medical coverage. Medicine bills coverage up to $300,000.

    Business rate: $250/mo employee for lower class $350/mo employee for mid class and $450/mo for upper class employee

    Corruption

    This issue will be dealt  with by making any law enforcement or office get punished when they do something wrong which can range from suspension all the way to jail time. There should be more government transparency to stop corruption and to prove that the government is not corrupt. Then we will set a budget guideline so the budget handlers wont just spent the money the government gives them on what ever the hell they want. Then we just need to keep a close eye on people who are suspected for corruption.  

    Welfare

       I will only give welfare for people who really need it. This will be a work for welfare system. If you need more money then the government will pay the person who needs welfare with income so they will get to a state where they wont need to use welfare anymore.

    I am sorry and send my deepest condolences to every one who was affected by the hurricanes and it is important that we help them, I encourage people to donate. Also this is too my voters, Please like my comments if you agree with them and follow me.

    I am sorry for my absence but I had time to think about a few of the people issues and a few of my own question. My first answer is to why many people are against my gun laws? My answer to that is that I think that if we ban automatic rifles, pistols, and shot guns I do really think we will have a safer society, and knowing that People will still resent I will just have to live with that because I want a safer better society.  

    My second question I will be answering is How will I make A better tax system than the one I have posted right no? In my opinion the less we are taxed the less we have, hell if I taxed people more if I was elected Governor there would be free healthcare and public transit but there will be poor rich and middle class members that wont be able to support a family if I were to tax them more. 

    A question from the media is how will I deal with drugs and what will there sentencing be? Well for pot it is fine for recreational purposes and medicinal purposes too for people over 18 because when you turn 18 you are a legal adult and you should be allowed to make the choice whether or not if you want to use it or not. As for other drugs like meth, PCP, acid, heroine, and cocaine will result with a first offence of possession with a $4500 fine, a second offence with a misdemeanor and a 36 month Prohibition, more offences will result with going on trial and up to 6 years in state prison depending on how much you are possessing. For distribution, smuggling, dealing, or manufacturing will result with a first offence sentence from 3-8 years in state prison, second with 6-11 years, further offences will result in 10-25 years with chance of parole.

    My last question that I will be answering will be one of my own. Do we the people deserve  peace or do we just need it? I answer with this speech. Peace is something we need not something we deserve. We lack simple kindness in this word today, including me. We have violent riots that result in more when someone is shot by a police doing their job whether the shot man or woman be black, Asian, Hispanic, white, or multi racial it is not o that we let ourselves erupt in these savage ways. We offend people in the most vulgar and rude ways possible just so we can get under their skin to make them feel bad. Some of us kill people in cold blood, or in retaliation of blood shed of one of their own. Some of us are terrorist that hurt innocent people just to strike fear and horror into peoples hearts of people all ages and whether they bad or normal people in society. Corruption is something that all major and small societies have now and have had in the past. People who don't abide by simple laws think that it is OK because they don't get criticized for less server things that like racial slurs, hates speech for certain religions, and threats to take america back. Wars have put us out of touch with peace and what it is, all it does is make us more violent and gives us more excuses to start more violent conflicts and create more bloodshed on earth. After all of this the fact of the matter is that er don't deserve peace after all of this violence physically, verbally, and emotionally. The answer is no but we need it so we get to a point to where we do deserve peace. Thank you and it is good to be back from an extended absence.

Who better to hand them off to then @BobbyCruz or... @ThomasHetch who I'd like to see more activity from. It's obvious he's also a good candidate. Lucious is our leader, but he's needs council and he has done great seeking it. 

    Sorry I am busy with my family right now because my grand ma died 2 months a go and I am helping my mom cope with it, also I had to spend two weeks in Huston with my mom and then fly  over to Germany for my grandmas funeral and spend a month there and now I am back in California catching up on work.

    Yes that would be wonderful if you could help me. And an answer to your questions well I will set up a program that the companies would have to put in some of their sales each year to a fund, so if a national monopoly were to happen they could stay open and pay their people.

    No I don't see rivals as a necessary need, because instead of bringing society forward it will just set it back. Never will I have any political rivals, but I will have political allies and political friends, for it will help the state a great deal.

    With my new tax plan (If i'm elected), I will put into action because I is fair for all classes and even though it gets higher for each bracket it is not by much it will help the government be able to fund more public projects.

    I would like to propose an Idea to the developers I think it would be amazing and great if there was a space program to have people simulate what it is like to be an astronaut. Thank you and that would make more jobs which is a vital of my platform to create more jobs. And for the record to all my supporters with my company and donors to my campaign I will do my best to at least help one way or another to get elected into some type of office.

    Hello I am Thomas Hetch and I am part and Leader Of the Identity Party. This is a page in which you can say what party you are part of if you are announcing a spot in the senate if there is one. It will make it more fair for the people of Identity to choose a leader that can control the governor and their cabinet so those people don't have complete power. I am making a fair society hopefully. Let us not make this North Korea or Russia.
