Ok so, you invite your friends over to your house,apartment etc. And you come up with the idea that you (and your 3 or 4 friends) should do a bank heist, so first you get yourself and one of your friends to drive down to the bank and scope it out (taking pictures for later in this scenario.) (Optional) you or the other friend goes inside and take pictures or just inform you of how many staff and guards are there. You come back to the house and attach the pictures to a white board and you and your friends can draw up the plan (escape routes etc.) and discuss if extra equipment is required(cable ties etc.) And of course your gonna need a van to get all of you out, since there will be no armor modifications to vehicles you'll have to get out fast. Now this is obvious thing, guns you can't do a heist without guns, so either you have a connection with a gun dealer or one of you is a gunsmith and make the weapons for the job. Now the final part is the cut each person gets, now of course you can cut it however you like but you need to put how well they did into consideration, basically if someone did a bad job they would get less of a cut than a person who kept they're cool and did an excellent job. There you have my idea of heist planning.

Since this is a game all about realism, so what if from time to time your doing a bank heist and and you get away but then your a bang and you and the money are covered in dye. Could be a nice feature

25K Triads
With Loyalty comes Honor with Honor comes Wealth
Backstory
The 25K are one of the most powerful triad in China and the leader Bai Cheng has sent his son(Hai Cheng) to go and expand the triad empire to the island of Identity to bring his father Honor.
The 25K will not own large territories in cities but will own small and some medium territories in AshHill and possibly Roseport Our Main businesses will be drugs and guns and will happily do business with anyone unless your a rat.

Before evolving from blue lantern to 49er you must swear oath to the Triad.
O Dragon Head I swear oath to honor you and your triad I swear from this day to represent your triad till my last breath.
And then we will have a party to honor you joining the triad and you will get your tattoos(Hopefully they add a custom tattoo system.)
Code Of Honor
I shall never betray my sworn brothers and sisters. If, through a misunderstanding, I have caused the arrest of one of my brothers I must release him immediately. If I break this oath I will be killed by five thunderbolts.
I will offer financial assistance to sworn brothers and sisters who are in trouble in order that they may pay their passage fee, etc. If I break this oath I will be killed by five thunderbolts.
I must never commit any indecent assaults on the wives, sisters, or daughters, of my sworn brothers and sisters. I shall be killed by five thunderbolts if I break this oath.
If I should change my mind and deny my membership of the 25K I will be killed by myriads of swords.
If I am arrested after committing an offense I must accept my punishment and not try to place blame on my sworn brothers and sisters. If I do so I will be killed by five thunderbolts.
If my natural brothers and sisters are involved in a dispute or lawsuit with my sworn brothers and sisters I must not help either party against the other but must attempt to have the matter settled amicably. If I break this oath I will be killed by five thunderbolts.The 25K will be available to any Asian and other nationalities both male and female. Picture this:
You own a legit business(lets say a clothing shop) and your a big time dealer you have trucks(lets say 3) which have deliveries and you want to trucks to be filled with the clothes and the third to have drugs and clothes and they drive over to the shop but the drug truck takes a "detour" to the warehouse and removes the drugs then takes the clothes to the shop.

First I'll be cooking meth from an RV mainly doing business in AshHill then later taking over some cartels (the capture thing they mentioned in the overview.) Won't be taking too many so they'll be some for others, Then Later going to the swamps make some coke and move it into Roseport.Happily will do business with any organization willing to buy from me

Gun Smuggling

So for this idea I can think of 3 or 5 different ways of gun smuggling.
1) By bike- I've been watching a lot of sons of anarchy recently. So how this would work is you could only smuggle pistols (because its a bike.) You store pistols in either a satchel or a roll of cloth with pockets for the pistols.
2) Truck (hay bales)- Also a reference from sons of anarchy so its a wooden crate inside a hay bale (rectangular of course) and that could store probably every type of weapon from AK's to AR-15's. And to make it not suspicious the "hay bales" can be placed on the back of a truck, you'll look like a farmer just transporting hay.
3) Van/Truck- The classic crates in the back, once again can store probably every type of weapon, pretty simple and straight forward.
4) Van/Truck(Duffle bags)- Same as van and truck probably can store every type of weapon.
