Owning a farming buisness

__________________What Is Shieldsy Ranch & What Can We Offer__________________

Shieldsy Ranch, founded in 1869 in southern Detroit. Back then life was hard for my family to start up a farming business with low resources to utilize, this lead to a big flow of money coming in from a partnership to allow the farm to really kick off. This is why at Shieldsy Ranch we really care about treating our customers with love and respect as we work for you just as you work for us. Me, Jordan Shields (25) has inherited the once great land to now take charge and become the farming 'powerhouse' whilst being respectful and caring to all workers and applying successful trade deals. Because at the end of the day without you we couldn't be successful!

Of course this business model is a assumption on data we have to use so not everything here is confirmed/going to work for my model. For this when applying for Shieldsly Ranch there is not certified guarantee of any position until we're aware of all positions and assets going to work for our business, thank you for reading. When applying please copy this and paste it at the bottom of your PM to me 'I agree to Shieldsy Ranche's agreement.'

Sounds awesome. And I really like the emblem!

I have a few questions for you, though. If you don't mind.

What's the difference between all of these

Wouldn't Workers just be able to do everything?
And is this meant as permanent positions?

Wouldn't it better to put out an advertisement saying you're looking for 7 capable workers, jobs include such as: And then you put your list of tasks.
With that format, there's a bit more open ended, and you could rotate people around. If they want to do something different on your form. So people don't get bored of doing the same thing over and over again.

Anyway, that's just my suggestion. Otherwise, this looks like a solid place for work if anyone's interested in farming. :D

Truck driver

Drives the cargo to local shops and also picks up our resources from our suppliers (not yet known).

- Crop maintenance

Keeps our crops healthy and fresh by watering and adding fertilizer to the fields. Keeps in count with how much stock and yield we get and inform the assistant.

- Delivery prep

Prepares resources that have been harvested and put in the warehouse. Box up the supplies and organised them so they are ready for the truck driver/s. Also loads the cargo into the trucks so they are ready to be transported.

- Crop harvester

Harvests crops when ready and put into the warehouse for the delivery prepers to box up.

- Workers

fixes anything that is damaged and keeps everything in shape around the farm. This means general maintenance around the farm e.g. repairing a broken fence or cleaning up around the fields.

- Live stock maintenance-

Keeps our livestock healthy and fed and harvests the resources from the live stock e.g. taking the eggs from the chickens and shaving the wool from the sheep.

- Assistant

This is the person that manages all of the other employees around the job and helps me with income and resource count.

Just to inform this will not be set jobs unless you want it to be. You can choose to select a different role if asked and also there can be more than one person on a selected role when the farm expands.

Pay will be at the moment $15 an hour. But it may increase on release.
