Posted March 20, 2016 (edited) Oracle corp is a crime syndicate that will attempt to look after its employees and make large amounts of money. We aim to work in all lines of criminal activity so any potential member has a large choice in what they work in. To achieve these admitably ambitious goals we will need a large amount of members. We are organised by ranks (as are most well organised gangs). The ranks are as follows: Leader: we will have multiple leaders. Each leader will specialise in a certain area and will fairly represent a number of members. The leaders have ultimate authority but big decisions shall be decided through votes inner circle member: an inner circle member will have knowledge of all active operations, employees and equipment. To become one you must be trusted by a leader. head of department: usually an inner circle member but not always. They will run a department and be in charge of all people working in that division. heist operator: a trusted member who gets to work in heists recruiter: somebody who gets to decide who gets let in and who doesn't however there desicions can be overruled by a leader or head of department. grunt: somebody sent on basic missions who will be sent on any jobs that don't require much trust farmer: somebody who prepares drugs to be given to dealers dealers: sells the drugs supplied by the farmers squire: somebody in training who is being considered as a member If you have any questions, want to apply for a job or wants to have their gang/business allied with oracle corp simply PM me Edited March 20, 2016 by JKOC Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

Sounds like a good idea but you might want to rework your post. Also spend some time looking into other crime organisations and see how they have done their posts. Some of them are really good. Also it sounds a lot like ICE which I can tell you went awfully bad. But when you say that you want to do all aspects of illegal jobs I can tell you that 1. You will get into a lot of other organisations' business and 2. It is probably best to start small. Don't choose to do everything and then find out that you don't have the man power to do it and defend yourself. I lead an 'OK' MC with 5 members. We aren't huge and as much as I'd like to rule the island I've started off with gun running. The bigger stuff will come later.
