    1. Cell phones (Mobile phones known as here), they won't be purchasable, but you will have one and it can't be stolen. The phones can't be traced and it won't be a such sophisticated level in the game on these things.

    2. No they can't do it as it is not a mechanic in the game. 

    3. Police are players and so they won't teleport as that is not immersive/ realistic.

    4. There is Jail and Prison in the game and Jail is a lower sentence time and prison will be for major crimes. Prison time is set to 45 minutes max but will likely be made longer in the future as it is set to that for testing purposes.

    5. You will likely have very little money at start e.g. $100 probably (Not confirmed).

    6. You can't copy designs likely as because you will have to try and create it yourself but also there will be no branding from the real world, you will have to use in game tools / assets to create your designs and that includes shapes and things.

    7. If you commit a crime and go prison, then it will be harder for you or one to become a cop because of the crime.

    You miss understand him, he said there is no such thing as RDM on the official servers and he said they have systems to prevent that sort of thing e.g. mass murder. The system he is talking about is the stress system but probably forgot the name.

    2. No, insulting I am sure is not allowed but I could be wrong but I advise you not to tread those waters even if in reason.

    3. The forum has not got a language rule but is better to be in English as to not separate the community with the Language barier. However there will likely be a section for languages in the future.

    4. For the usernames, it can be edited by one of the moderators of the forum.

    Bringing up the next question, Will there be player made laws against or enableing this.

    I love the idea, but from what i'm reading the possibilities can be endless or very limited depending on developer views.

    I don't believe that you will be able to takeover ones company by force in the game. 

    I think there will be default laws, and player made ones enacted once in power as governor.

    That type of video most likely won't come until around the beta unless they do it before the "Car" video, which will be just before module 3 likely.

    I'm thinking about stuff like monopolies and systems to force other people out of the market, hostile company takeovers. Real life rockerfeller level off influence/power.

    No, you can't hostile take over and also you won't be able to force people to do anything (Known as Fear RP).

    Death is explained on one of the FAQ's, I recommend you reading both.

    Well, I don't think they will do anything on that because you could be watching the stream in game on your TV and that means it is in RP.

    It is likely on the final phases of production... I mean I think it definately is as it is very close and very little to do according to the devs.
