  1. Your business ventures as a citizen won't impact on your career. By default you are always a civilian and you need to activate your career mode; i.e. become an officer. For Police, this means visiting a Police station and suiting up at your locker. You will then be in your Career Mode until you return to civilian status the same way. Whilst on the job as an officer, you could hire/recruit someone to manage the business for you, because you couldn't do multiple jobs at any one time. Maybe entrust the management role to another player giving him or her 10% of the business profits and you 90%? A viable solution there.

  2. 1: Yes it will be. Identity has a Greenlight page here.

2: If it's an up-to-date system that can play other new release titles, I'm sure it will be able to play Identity. I doubt the developers will create a game that can only be accessed by $5,000+ computers with all specs maxed out.

    Hope that helps!

Hell no it ain't, it has to be the module. It's on the bottom of the social hub module info page xP

I remember seeing a comment by Motown saying otherwise, but okay I guess him and I are wrong.

If I check in 24 hours the progression bar on the social hub and it's still at 55% I might cry.

That being said, I realize the devs are working hard and can't really give us an estimate at the moment but I'm just too hyped.

That bar BTW is the overall progress of game dev; not the module.

I think texting the police would be good y'know in case you're hostage or see something but dont want your voice heard you can text the address and have police save the day :)

What if you, via your mobile device, could make calls to Police dispatchers (or other players on the server) rather than text; hence describing as it happens what is occurring.

  6. So in Arma 3 Altis Life, we all know users can text Police to report a crime, request assistance and so on. Is this a good system to use for Identity?

I think criminals can use it to their advantage and if being arrested can say they sent a text Police 20 times to report the crime they're the victim of, but because there was no response decided to buy an illegal weapon from a black market dealer and take the law into their own hands, thus putting the onus/fault back onto the Police. If that be the case, Police or the responding offer should have the ability to look at/get a warrant to check the users mobile device and look through its previous messages and confirm timestamps to verify whether a message was indeed sent prior to the callout. If the player exclaims: "I deleted the messages because you didn't respond", the offer will have access to a hidden 'Deleted' folder that holds all deleted messages from the user that is only active till the user logs off and that folder being emptied.

  7. In New Zealand, open carrying guns is illegal. You can purchase gun licenses for hunting only. Not to use as a weapon for self-defence. Your weapon must be locked in its own cupboard.

The legal age for purchasing and consuming alcohol, smoking and such is 18.

OK thanks. How about customising a truck? Is that possible? Can u get unque paint jobs or smoke stacks?

    How about repairing the truck?

You can customise your vehicles, both interior and exterior. Repairs may be done by a local mechanic - or if it's on the official server, it'll be an automated thing; so you just pay for the cost of repairs and it'll be done immediately and your vehicle will spawn back in your garage.
