I like how this used to be a post about murdering, raping, pillaging and looting and now it's turned into a conversation about buttered, overpriced popcorn and nachos found at cinemas.

What's with your abundance of childish ideas, be realistic man. Having corrupt police and mafia at the same time is just a massive fail rp and would cause every civilian to switch server.

Maybe he's just like B0xer when we first met him - just drunk?

  3. There was a fairly similar thing that existed back in Altis Life called the governor - a bloke who could basically create and change laws. Things like taxation, speed limits, vehicle prices. Although I think that if he did too bad of a job, he'd probably end up getting assassinated and a new governor would be chosen.

  4. I assume you've tried Sword Art Online and Bleach. If you've seen those, you might enjoy this really niche thing called Attack on Titan - I wouldn't blame you if you haven't heard of it - even the hipsters haven't a clue what it is.

There definitely will be in-game aspects that you can grind- probably if you want to upgrade your career trait you'll have to do action X Y number of times, but unlike other games- in Identity grinding will be optional. In most MMORPGs you have to grind because a quest tells you to or because your level is too low for a quest, and you don't have much to do apart from questing or crafting. In Identity you can do whatever- watch a movie, hangout at a cafe, sing at karaoke club, dance, rob a bank, kidnap a wealthy lawyer, paint, learn how to play a guitar, go to a party etc. If you want to achieve something fast and you feel like you MUST have that thing- you can grind, but you really don't have to and the game won't force you to focus on one task.

You won't be homeless from the start. :D You'll get a "newbie apartment", probably something small and basic with one bed, a shower, a toilet, a fridge, a wardrobe and some cupboards. Since apartments and houses also work as storages, new players would be at a huge disadvantage if they started as homeless people! Remember that when you die you drop everything you had on you (except for clothes), but all the things left at your house/apartment are always safe.

So far the beginning looks like THIS.

Damn. I need to pay more attention to Twitter.

Marching Bands FTW! Maybe have like a little mini game with them so you have to hit the specific keys on your keyboard in a song. I've seen someone do this in Garry's Mod and it entertained me for a good half an hour to an hour. Then have a button which can show you your available sheet music as well.. :D

Was that the Gmod tower server?

I rally hope the developers get as deep as to have a key for each note, when playing on said instrument. Maybe a school to learn how to play an instrument(for your player, not you yourself) which unlocks the musical branch(kind of like in the sims) but without all the slowness.

Or the trapping people in swimming pools part.

I just think there should be that bar like in golf games where you have to click perfectly in the middle to keep the soap in your hand while you're showering. And if you drop it you have to click super fast and the more clicks you've had in X seconds the faster you pick it up. :D

Vix, I get this really odd feeling that you like Adventure Time.

We do have a really good welfare program, but I don't have access to it because my parents earn just above the student welfare threshold. The problem with it is it's either you get $400 a fortnight from the government if you live away from home and are single and studying or you get $0 for the same situation. So I have to work to earn money and others don't have to, they get rental assistance, special scholarships, you name it. But they're the rules, I guess ¬¬

    Ok, not so good :(

Just add my name to the comic strip, make me a character- I'll be content. Even if I get eaten by a shark- I'm half way celeb! Jk.. I'm low quality nerd on the internet, 1/3 as funny as most people.

    Just a dream..

Note to self: Make sure that Nutter is abducted by aliens, and then probed.

Yes, the government over here actually pay a large portion of your degree if they approve it, so it's actually not so bad getting a degree. You also don't have to pay back the course fee until you earn over $54k or thereabouts, which is really good xD Not sure how your degrees go over there though, you probably have a system the same.

Jobs are still hard to get, but ultimately it depends on where you live. The mining sector has a lot of well paid jobs during the boom years, but most people don't want a job in the middle of Australia, wonder why :D

Damn, you got it good xD over here, you would need to start paying your debt back after you begin earning £20k, which I suppose is something like $35k in AU. They do offer some minor subsidies for things like furniture or student accommodation, however it really isn't much :L

You'll never get lost with me map reading! I just love reading history and watching it happen on a map (borders changing etc).

It's become a necessary cost to get a good job these days ¬¬

Unfortunately in the UK, where I hail from, it's becoming so goddamn hard for anyone with even one of the best degrees around to find a job in their chosen sector, just because employers are so iffy about hiring people with little experience. I guess you've got it better over there, though? xD

Ohh maybe you're not, but right now, we are all simpletons, together!

When then game is released tho, I feel we will all change into our respective roles. Hah.

Indeed ;) - here's to hoping they allow lawyers in the game...

What's going on everyone! My name is 157C (obviously, and it's very creative ;) ), but if you see me around, all me Chris, and I take great pride in helping developers test their games, as well as I love being apart of communities that care as much as I do about video games :D. I'm a very active Beta tester for all kinds of games, such as, Triad Wars, Orcs Must Die! Unchained, Rainbow Six Siege (when it was in Beta), and many more! But anyways, you guys will be seeing me around a lot, I love giving my opinion on subjects that I find interesting or that might be needing of something more detailed/new. I also keep my post positive however, even if I'm replying to something I don't agree on, kind of like a Yes, and... attitude. Anyways, thanks for reading, I hope to be seeing people as active as I am/will be!!!

Greetings 157C/Chris - it's good to have you onboard :)
