Which package to get access to first module

Hi All,

 

A friend and I have just came across this game and are very interested however, I was wondering which package we need to buy to get access tot he first module when it is released, is it the one at $15 (citizen) or the one at $30 (founder)? Also sorry if this has already been asked.

The founder pack ($30) will grand you access to all modules and the full game!
