What do i get and when

Im going to buy the pass thing for 60€ so i get car, money and all those in game items but when do i get the beta and when is the full game coming out. And where i download the game. And this game is coming to steam and when its in steam can i then buy the 60€ thing where i get money and car or is it just like pre order bonus.

Beta isn't expected until late 2017 right now, but the gameplay modules which are tiny portions of the game will be released sooner. The full release of Identity will be on steam and when you pledge, you redeem the items in-game

So when can i bledge? Can i bledge when gameplay modules come or can i do it just in full game
