What will the driving engine be like?

I personally like the GTA driving but I know that it is unrealistic,but I wonder will it sacrifice some realism to be more smooth or will it be as real as possible?

We can't exactly describe it since the driving will be done towards the end of the the game's development, but it will not be like ArmA's driving physics.
