Hey guys, I assume that this title will come with an open world, but I can't find it anywhere in a clear exact sentence. So, this game will be open world, right? Without loading screens or splitting the map into certain regions (except appartements and buildings etc.)? Thanks!

is the whole world being populated by players, or NPC's also? I find it hard enough to populate a few RP / survival games, let alone an open world server ... and having to get people to play all aspects of the game for it to function would be very hard.
