    I do not think you can upgrade it in 2 rooms, because the structure of the apartments is not modular (from what I read ..)
    I imagine that you will have to buy / rent a new one.

    The trick is that a graphics tablet works like a mouse, and sometimes recognized as a mouse.. It could recognize it as such and work 
    I take your opinion, and try anyway :)

    (I do not expect the pressure level to work if it works, and if it does not work at all, I would be warned)

    Good question for 1 & 2

    For the 3 : The houses may all be rented, but there will always be apartments for all the players. This is what was announced
