I'm hoping to see good varieties of careers in the maritime field like lobster, crab, purse seiners, whale watchers, ferries to any islands on the map maybe, lighthouse attendants, dockworkers. With a fishery you then have harbor operations and that opens up sketchy dockside deals happening and a nice fish market for vendors. I think keeping ship size down where we don't need giant LNG carriers or cruise ships is a good idea. Feel free to add to this
