I whould wait for the fabled new website.
It is supposed to have more options for purchase.

Make sure you catch it the first week after fable is released.
As they will start milking harder after Town Square\ website is out...

Dude for real knock it off, yeah we get it you think everything about identity is something shady blah blah the usual crap we all have to read very time a post gets made.

You're entitled to your opinion and have the right to express it but for juniper's sake either change the record or just stop commenting. 90% of us are tired of seeing you complain about the same things over and over and over which just gives people with legitimate concerns a bad name.

Do as you will I know you'll just Ignore everything I've said and carry on thinking it's a scam but whatever, I had to make a point because we're all legit tired of seeing you pop up on every post complaining as usual or just making digs at the game and devs.

With the new store there will be new singular packaged items that you can get separate from the pledge bulk packages available now. The singular items will be more pricey as singular items. (Money will not be as a single package and is exclusive with the current packages until they are removed a week after the new website launches. I cannot guarantee that the luxury 2 bedroom apartment will be one but it could be!

Quick question while we're all talking about housing.

As the VIP package comes with an apartment as well as vehicles and a two car garage how exactly will parking work? Because if it's an apartment then surely wouldn't other people be living there? Or am I mistaken in believing it's a multi complex apartment and not a singular building designed for one or two residents?

  3. Put simply there are way too many fucking naysayers excuse my french.

Lately all I'm seeing is people constantly bitching and moaning about little things, yeah I could at least understand people complaining when delays were announced but Jesus Christ, every other post is now someone moaning for the sake of it and it's usually someone who's been around since early 2018 ??.

Let the devs do their damn job and just either get a refund or sit down and shut up. Yes we all appreciate criticism where it's due and the devs have rightly given us the dev tracker instead of relying on release dates ( although I'm pretty sure in one of the dev blogs John did say he was giving us a tracker anyway ).

It doesn't piss me off that people moan it pisses me off when it's the same f*****g people each and every time.

No link to the game it's a scam.  Prove it's not and give me beta access, exactly it's a scam

Creditbility?  Really, where's the link to the game?  Exactly what did I pay for then?  It's a scam and you can't say I don't have any creditbility.  I paid for it.  Where is it?

You're a special kind of stupid aren't you? I don't usually go down this route but you clearly don't understand how this works so I'll break it down.

First the town square gets released eventually which is the foundation and ground work for this game.

Then afterwards, modules 2 and 3 are released down the line respectively and that gives us more of the game to enjoy.

Thirdly the beta is then eventually released even further down the line after all 3 modules are out. The beta is as close to the real game as we will get until the full release.

So no this game isn't a scam and you demanding the beta right now makes you look like a self entitled, demanding brat.

You clearly haven't been here long enough to know what goes on and certainly haven't been here long enough to warrant a right to make demands and call this game a scam. Please come back when you get educated on how game development works.

  5. I apologise in advance If this question has already been asked but I'll get straight to the point.

In the full game of identity or at least the beta seeing as that's as close to the full game as possible, when we are given our pledge apartments how will we find them? Will be it a case of we are given a random property and given a notification of where it is? Will we be allowed to choose any property that fits into the pledges category? For example the two bedroom apartment as part of VIP means you could choose any apartment that's two bedroom etc.

Furthermore will it be in Ash Hill only? Or will it extend to roseport/ turtlehill?

Any answer would be most graciously appreciated

I also have been more quiet on this forums because I feel there are to many negative and aggressive topics towards Identity.

I was going to comment on this topic with a lot of text  but then again some nay saier will pitch in defend their point. Too many toxic people on this forums for my taste. Me signing off until Forums are a place where we all come along and can discuss the game without demanding stuff.

I don't think it's a case of too many toxic people as I've had the pleasure of meeting many a great people on this forum. I think the issue is that the toxic people who do show up don't always get dealt with as they should be I.e. this post with one or two people bickering and another separate post where the sake happened.

People need to learn to get along or just don't say anything at all.

Guys Can we all just get along. Pretty soon we are finally gonna ab e able to play the town square. I have been quiet on the forums for a little while but it is time for me to come back. We must all do the same and come together to keep supporting and pushing the devs.

I've tried getting people to play nicely before, needs to be enforced that if you can't get along with people then they get a warning for being aggressive and/ or antisocial.

Im not scammed, or flaming the guys, i just say the true in the deleted topic, i waiting this game so much like you or others i have pay for it 7 month ago i support it... the right thing was to explain or answer my question not delete it ! I have asked what will be after development task ? development website or another things... ! just this...

No you're just another whiner looking to get noticed and trying to make out your being scammed. Oh boo hoo you pledged 7 months ago, come back when you've been pledged for years like most people here, oh wait...

I have to agree you're just trying to incite people turning away from this project and it won't work. But if a post gets deleted then there's a good reason why.

Your post doesnt really mean anything. No offence  but you have nothing to back this up with when things will be finished.

Prettying much what I was thinking. The only ones who know when town square will release are the devs and no one else. Gets tiresome seeing people guessing and making blind predictions

Go play Chivalry or something you can be a knight all you want.

It's a free country, I'll drop by as often as I want. But don't start getting narky with me because I really don't care for attitude problems. Oh and learn to take criticism once in a while ??

i Strongly disagree, the modding community can do amazing things that wont break the game in anyway. they are capable of adding different types of vehicles in a game, i've seen them add tow trucks in one, they can do amazing things with clothing even beyond what you'll be able to do in game. mods aren't just about hitler riding a trex through the streets of paris or some shit, they can do great things.

I don't disagree with the notion of that, mods definitely do good work and I've seen myself that mods do good things. But what's the point in waiting all this time to see the devs masterpiece and hard work pays off only for people to just start modding and doing whatever? Don't get me wrong if modding gets added I'll still enjoy the game and I suppose it doesn't matter anyway as we're talking a good few years away.

  12. I've seen this question asked before and I'll say the same thing I said last time.

Identity does not need mod support. It's not a game that would work with it, nor is it single player and therefore it'd be unfair allowing people to mod a multiplayer game.

Mods are not the be all and end all when it comes to gaming. If you only enjoy games that are modded then identity isn't for you I'm afraid.

  13. Will you guys just knock it off already? I've noticed there's been one or two posts where people are kicking off. This isn't what the forums are here for, if you can't have a peaceful discussion and have to keep arguing then take it to private messaging, getting a bit tired of getting email notifications from identity only to find it's people bickering yet again.

Guys, the new website is pretty much finished but until the Credit Card Company sort out their end of things, that is out of the devs hands. They waited around 3 weeks or more for anything and "John/ Paratus" is still trying to sort it out with them as yes it is only their part in which needs to be done to have the website ready to launch.

You might ask why does it matter about that CC company? Well it matters because the new website promised that their would be more payment options, for those who cannot pay using Paypal or a card. This is why it is important and well it is the company who are being slow on doing their part for the devs.

I hope this helps answer the concerns/ questions.

    Regards,

    LuckyDuck

    ^^

    Pretty much what he said.

The new website will arrive when the CC company is finished and John has the ability to laugh the new website and once that's done along with all the tasks we'll hopefully be able to play town square.

  15. You all need to understand you can't just blame the devs for issues on someone else's end. It's not John's fault that the company dealing with the payment process isn't doing a fast job or getting back to them. Sure give the devs criticism where it's needed but don't blame them for things out of their control

  16. I have to say I was calm, happy, excited and fulfilled all at the same time during the town square tour.

Finally it's becoming a reality and I seriously can't wait for the module to become available to all backers. Sure we won't be able to do a lot but the things we will be able to do I'm going to get my fill of excitement.

Yes there's a few things that need to be fixed and improved but as paratus said they're working on it and it's only a case of plugging some things in which they couldn't because of time constraints.

I don't have a great deal to say but I hope now that all the full on naysayers and trolls or people who outright say it's a scam can finally accept that identity is a masterpiece in the making.

See you all in the town square.

I was not impressed by this but see the potential and investment of the facilitators and the employees behind the scenes. I hope that the model will soon be released☺☺☺

Dude how the hell were you not impressed? This is solid proof the game exists and is being given a lot of effort and care put into. This is the foundation of identity and you're not even impressed? Good god I'd hate to imagine what your expectations of impressed is.

  18. I'm just happy it's finally out almost, now we can all rest knowing they've got something solid to show us and I have to say it's pretty damn good, some things are still placeholders like the movement etc but this is the foundation of identity and all things need time to be improved.

With that said, FUCKING WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO I FEEL GOOD ??

It goes, first 3 modules, then Beta and then the Full Game, like @ECorp said, there is not money or jobs in the Modules and will come in the Beta. Yes a wipe will happen between Beta and the full game and again like @ECorp said everyone will get to start on equal footing and that is a reason for the wipe.

So does that mean we'll lose pledge money? Or anything we buy when we do eventually get money?

  20. I don't think players should be allowed to, yes it's a game based on real life and in real life people do commit burglary.

However I think that most players would just take it too far and do it to troll players and not for RP reasons and as such I'm glad you can't enter someone's property without permission.

Even with being able to mug players in the street I think a lot of players would abuse it but there's got to be fairness and that's why we can rob players outside of housing.

On a last note yeah I've seen three of these weekly hopes posts in this last week, do it once a week sure but don't go over the top.

    Peace out

I think the estimation of CSTOVE is pretty accurate, maybe they might need the rest of may to finish the tracker, then one week to get it "released" on steam:)

Something tells me even if they finish it all, they won't release town square until after the new website launches and it seems a bit fishy that the company in charge of sorting the payment system isn't getting it done or getting back to asylum, not aiming this at the devs or saying it's suspicious but I'm pointing out that the payment company should have had this sorted out by now
