    The hotel room will have VERY little storage and basically no customization options. It’s not a place you’ll want to be in for too long. Don’t believe you will get it back after selling apartment.

    You will customize your character and give him/her a name. Once you've done that you get a hotel room until you can afford an apartment or house. You don't start with money unless you pledged to receive some.

    It is driveable so you don't necessarily NEED to cook meth in it all the time.

    You as a player can do this but it is not a job and so really it already exists in the game, a player just has to form the team or make a race and fund it somehow etc....

    These I am sure one will be possible at least but both are likely possible.

    You as a player can loan money, but it will be hard to enforce getting it back!

    Yes you can stream or make videos of all 3 modules and beta. Keep in mind the modules are not the beta, they are essentially an alpha test.

    In regards of the radar I heard on the map the cops will be able to see like a circle in the general area you are in, the more 'stars' you have the smaller the circle. That's what I seen in a video of someone talking about the game

    Correct. Any crime you commit will put a temporary “bounty” on you. Depending on the severity of the crime will determine how long it lasts.
