I honestly like the game, I don't mind a singleplayer, I usually don't play them anyways! The multiplayer is fantastic.

Living of the grid will be possible and I'll totally choose to "live of the grid"! Again not sure on movies, but yes you will be able to live on a farm and own different vehicles! Not sure on different farmlands but if you can maybe you can grow a patch of pot just for me Haha.

A horse would be a great idea for some places in Identity! Imagine going out with a horse and a hunting rifle, the horse takes you across the woods to a lake where you can hunt animals! Horses would be bloody brilliant!
