Where to get the Founder's Hat?

I just launched Identity today after waiting 10 hours for the thing to download and although I can't get past character creation (just yet at least) I cannot find the Founder's Hat that I was supposed to get in the wardrobe. Is it somewhere else, like a freebie in a shop or is it lying around my apartment somewhere?

go to the clothing store and look in the Hats section.
