Citizens counter correct on Home page? 156k+?

Wasn't the citizen count hovering around 30k for quite a while. The count is now over 156,000?  Think that's correct?

156 000 is almost certainly wrong; that would then average at about 8$ spent per person. Which isn't even the cost of the cheapest package.

Probably they confused the actual cititzens count for the people who pledged with the people who just created an account. That's what I think.
