I like to see injuries diseases and infections that would require you to go to the hostel to see a doctor and maybe you character can die lets say you hold a gun with both your arms lets say your left arm gets shot if you broke you left arm you shouldn't be able to use that arm and you would have to use your right arm.. and its a lot harder to aim because your shacking of the injury and diseases and infections would make you suffer around the would like if you goto a friends house and your sick and if your friend comes close you can get him sick and so on.. just a thought.. enjoy
