I do believe you possibly will get a temporary apartment in the town square to try it out.I will have to double check to make sure that is the right answer but I would expect that they will allow everyone even if it is just a temporary thing for the town square if not purchased.

To the question at the bottom; as far as it is if you can run games like ArmA 3, GTA V, ARK etc. then you should be fine with running this game. However remember it is early stages still.
