    rent yourself a server, customize it as much as you want and kick anyone who joins it.

    Overall, this community's member ages do generally match the game's target audience, or at least what I perceive to be the apparent target audience. 

    most of us are between 17 and 30. sadly i know that we've got at least 2 kids <14 years old in this community

    you have a gtx 970 and probably 8 gb ram + some vram?

    i'm not sure why you ask but with that rig you'll most probably have no problem (except you've installed the wrong drivers).

    optimization etc. depends on the amount of settings you can choose between.
