  1. Hairy and Lucky will never speak with you from an objective stand point whether you're right or wrong, it will almost always circle back to, "Well I'm a moderator so shut up now"

An 'expected' release of Summer 2017, now nearly 2019, with virtually no hope for a module before then, with almost half the content we were promised it would have over 2 years ago. Whether the developers will admit it or not, the devspeak and "talk but don't show gameplay" videos is because they need more money to flow in from purchases so they can actually get this content done because the budget and requirements were so far over their head that they aren't willing to sit down with us and admit that they fucked up.

Like I said, I'm totally an advocate for this game. But you have to be careful when moderators have basically become full-time damage control, now it's all about "give them time they don't want to mess up!", when they mess it up it will be, "give them time the game just came out!". There's no responsibility on the companies anymore to do anything at all. Missing one date, that happens. Missing a couple dates, yeah okay that happens. Missing lots of dates by a period of time longer than a year, hmm okay something's going on here. Game launches with a million unplayable bugs and content that doesn't even look half as polished as it did in youtube videos 2 years ago? That becomes our fault for not seeing the signs.
Welcome to the new generation of game development.

At the end of the day, they still notified us on the problem they came across. They need this launch to be perfect or they will lose alot of people.

They are still doing the 2x weekly streams to keep us informed/updated. They have even put out a tracker. I mean what more do you want from them. They are trying the best they can do.

If you cannot support the devs for pushing back to try and make the game a little more perfect then i suppose this isn't the community for you

The only problem I have with comments like this is, have you seen any of the recent 'major' launches? Every single one of them were pushed back by YEARS because of, "wanting to fully optimize and have a perfect launch" and they ended up dying within days because it wasn't anywhere close to optimized or perfect.

I'm 100% an advocate of this game, or at least the idea of the game. But I've been here a really long time, and a lot of it seems like shooting themselves in the foot every time they push it back for some promises of future glory (it's just referred to as 'devspeak' now) only for everyone to most likely be disappointed in the end.

This is just the first module, last I heard there was supposed to be four modules released in the span of a year and if you think each one of those isn't going to be delayed as well then you haven't been playing games very long. We will give you all the time in the world for quality, but if the launch is anything short of perfect after asking for that much time over and over again the refund rate will be insane. Pretty soon we'll be four or five years in and all the liberals will be saying "it's early access what do you expect" with the heep of problems that are sure to follow, there's value in being able to follow your own time lines.

    Well that's rather rude

Hello Mark Fenti who's been a member since 3:05pm Monday and has only made 3 posts on the forums (All threads that Calico has also posted in). I'm sure your ingenious attempt to have an oddly NOT suspicious at all second account come in here and try stomp your feet at the slightest little error in my ways that you could find seemed like a great plan to have the "numbers" on your side and all. But it was actually pretty pathetic and transparent. Anyways, Mr Mark. Honesty and rudeness co-exist, you can't point out to someone how moronic they are being without also being rude I suppose. :/

Are you kidding? Don't act like you're doing me a favor. You can't get me for anything. I'm no longer a part of the family but it has no relation to any of your accusations.

Accusations of... What, exactly? I never accused anyone of anything, I simply provided facts via screenshots. If you're no longer a part of the family, then you're no longer a concern of mine. I think you're being a little overly-defensive here buddy, wonder why that is? Anyways, I did you a favor by keeping your name out of it and affiliation away from Luprano family (As I figured you probably wouldn't stay long) was the intention of my message. I still don't see where you're jumping to the part of accusations.

Almost a year after the fact, really nice. Do you normally hold onto things for that long? It's nice to know the Luprano family has been living in your mind rent free for that long.

Nah, just promoting my book, friend. :) Hadn't been on in a long time, checked my discord/unread messages and saw a lot of it come back up. Then I realized, Frank brought this on himself. Duh! I mean, we can't have a Mafia publicly exclaim that they do not harass people (when they are known for publicly harassing people) that's just, wrong. I can't let people join with an organization that's falsely advertising, it would be immoral of me.

  6. This is simply to give people honest insight into what they're considering joining. Unless you're under the age of 15 and enjoy having no structure, please don't waste your time on these people. To those of you that have already pledged, I hope you see the light before its too late!

Hey guys! I hope everyone will be on the lookout to buy my book as soon as it hits shelves in the game. I thought it was important to maintain documents of our great history here in Identity, as our great ancestors have done in the past in their worlds. I figured, what better way to start than with the disappointingly rapid rise and fall of a great mafia family here in our very own community. I hope you all enjoy reading as much as I have enjoyed writing! Note this is only a work in progress / rough draft and I would like to hear your opinions on how to make the book even greater.

It all started on one fine day when little Capo Jerry was taking a stroll through The Neighborhood. He stumbled into (an actually well-res

pected) Lawyer by the name of Barry Crow. For whatever reason, Jerry feels the need to express his well-thought out ideas to everyone he meets. Most people keep the really great ones to themselves, but not Jerry. No, his ideas are so great that everyone must know about them. However, there's a catch. Should you not agree with Jerry and think his ideas are amazing, you are directly offending him and the well-respected mafia family he represents. Every night The Luprano Family meets up in their big, giant mansion up on the Ashy Hills to discuss things like who to murder, which business to destroy, and who on that day does not agree with them. Common dialogue exchanged between famous Mafia's such as this one can be found in the example below:

The Prologue - A Night In The Life of a Mafia

    5893dfb852f94_Lupranos8.thumb.PNG.22f547

Obviously distraught at the assumption he was not an intelligent man, Jerry was instantly offended. Action must be had, the Mafia MUST declare it's presence. In steps the man only know as Don @Frank Luprano. He is the leader of this great Family, no other family can compare to his, because they only have 2 members tops. With Capo Jerry @Resurge at this side the two are a force to be reckoned with - one which makes @Frank unstoppable.

Chapter 1 - How To Burn A Brownie

    Lupranos5.thumb.PNG.ecc5a8df1ecb7fc4fc3a

Meet Brownie, your normal every day citizen that decided he may want to try out the Mafia lifestyle. @Frank had asked him to meet the family at the house later for initiation, but as Brownie pulled up to the front he noticed a lot of ruckus and loud conversation going on in the house. In fear of his decision being the wrong one Brownie immediately wanted nothing to do with the situation, he respectfully declined their offer to join the family - but not joining the great Luprano Family is a crime in itself. He was branded a traitor, and not loyal - to a cause he never believed in. Poor Brownie is still recovering from the expensive bottles of Patron being thrown at him by this outraged and abusive family.

    Chapter 2 - What's Really Important

    Lupranos1.thumb.PNG.762307d553b6cb4e4f37

Little did we know at the time, Brownie was unequipped in the form of manhood. This is of great importance to the Luprano family, autistic 13 year old capo's ok - Not having genitals, not ok. And as such, the offer to join their family was revoked (after he declined it) more expensive patron bottles ensued to be thrown at him, they have a lot of them laying around for this specific reason. Unfortunately in the accident a lot of the strippers were injured, including the famous "Miss Brazil".

Chapter 3 - Stiks And Sto... Oops, Stinks and Stones.

    Lupranos2.thumb.PNG.162ba038e432093e74f6

Barry was right, enough had to be enough. The immaturity was a great spectacle to watch for quite some time, but brain cells are important and need to be well-maintained. Sleeping is one great method of maintaining a healthy mind, Honeybadger was asleep upstairs in his bedroom trying to do just that, until he heard lots of loud noises going on downstairs. As the voice of reason, he attempted to regain control of the situation by coming to an agreement via re-negotiation of terms. Frank did not like those terms, not in the slightest. In fact, we learned exactly why in that moment the Luprano family is so keen on their member's having penises - It is so they can make their enemies suck them.

Chapter 4 - The Boss of the Boss

    Lupranos7.thumb.PNG.46b5872adfc0a8ac16fd

This about wraps up the end of our great adventure here in the snowy mountain tops of Ash Hill, Honeybadger's name was on the lease of the mansion, so he proceeded to kick all of the Mafia out.The strippers were allowed to stay. Of course the Lupranos, as they normally do, felt this was unfair to them. They deserved nothing but respect, and were determined to threaten the reputation and members of The Neighborhood for the rest of their lives. Their lives were not very long lived though, most disappeared at the observance of their great Leader being embarrassed in front of the whole community. Other's died of severely sensitive skin and heart break. The worst death of them all was none other than Godfather @Frank himself who ironically hung himself in the town hall as a sign of failure. Just kidding, he shot himself in the head - Barry and I later moved him to Town Square and hung him there.

Perhaps the Luprano family will rise from the ashes and once again claim its great reputation, but it's doubtful. No other family could ever match up to them, they will never even have more than two members. We can only hope, for all of our sake, this is not true. And other great Mafia families do rise up in their honor and everything they've accomplished.

Heh, yeah. I mean, I really liked Frank. Once you get to know Jerry and his actual attitude though you realize he is.

You must not have gotten to talk to Frank much :P his loyalty is a facade. Frank reacts the same way Jerry does. Frank begged for a resolution to stay in and when I told him my mind was made up he resorted to name calling and mom jokes that he for some reason thinks are clever. Be glad you got out :) Anyways the past is the past. To the future we look!

Haha, well that didnt take long. Those guys are so awkward. Honestly Jerrys not even the worst one there. The Lupranos are like the never ending story.. But instead theyre the never ending joke.

Now that the mafia is out we can be a legal congolemerate now

The intention was always to be a "legal" organization. Now that we have removed the Mafia from our representation there will be much less opportunities for our members to involve themselves in anything illegal - but just because the organization is legal does not mean everyone in it will be. Does that make sense? Some players will still want to mix both worlds, and they can do that without effecting anyone who wants to stay legal

I really don't understand what's going on, but.. I'm honestly sad, Jerry is my capo, he got kinda out of term. I don't speak for anyone, but I find that he needs to act a little more mature then he has, he needs to stop playing the victim card and handle things properly.

I made another post but its apparently a big drama causer (apparently them posting in our thread isnt) but the screenshots above were the most mature of all of them. Frank is the leader of the Lupranos and hes possibly more immature than this Jerry kid. Id get out and warn your friends as well Phoenix while you still can.

As for Vito and Corn I stopped reading whatever that petty argument was about I hope youll both be able to do the same and carry on with your own opinions. But the reason the Lupranos were released has nothing to do with their criminality, it doesnt even have anything to do with the game. They are immature kids that didnt belong, or contribute anything of value to our big picture.

  12. The Luprano's were released from the Neighborhood's roster because of their inability to effectively communicate, threatening to reign terror on any and everyone they please, and complete lack of maturity - if you posting in my thread where you don't belong isn't already proof enough of that.. I suggest you delete your post and walk away before you - or myself - embarrass you and your family even more. But if you'd like to have a show, I'll be more than happy to provide the people with one ^^

    Jerry1.thumb.PNG.1f4b0a256aa0ad475a6e89f

The first image is great, because not only was it not even 24 hours before what he just posted above, it was like 5 minutes after I released them from the organization for an issue that he caused.

    Jerry2.thumb.PNG.bd51026c4784a865e2bcf3d

This second one though might quite possibly be my favorite of the bunch. He was offered reasonable terms, and then I'm pretty sure turned around and attempted to say he could sue me. The gist of it is, I allowed them their own private server for discussion - their conversations were despicable and about as immature as they get, so I unlocked the channel so the whole neighborhood (and now all of Identity) could see how childish they were.

    Jerry3.thumb.PNG.4ec5eb1e0593528c2179500

"Please reply....please..?" Haha, well.. My answer didn't change in the morning, but let's fact the facts here guys - He's autistic, and that makes him more intelligent than 13 year olds, just not spelling and speaking though. Or doing math, he also had like 10 crazy ideas that were pretty horrible.. Idk, sounds like the average 13 year old to me I guess. But there you have it folks! The Luprano Family in a nutshell. More entertaining conversations to come. :)

Glad you're interested in joining! Any idea what sort of profession you want to work in? You won't be playing very many hours, so you may not want to wrap yourself up in large time investment jobs. But perhaps as a member of the mafia or private military you could hop on and join us for some raids! We have a bunch of other players around your age as well, in fact if you're interested in the mafia talk to @Frank he has an entire squadron of people your age who work together.

Thanks for applying! You are probably one of our most valued assets at the moment, being that you want to join the private military, and an (armed) truck driver - both of these roles will contribute a significant amount of value to our organization. It's unfortunate that you wont be able to play very much, but not a problem at all. The structure is designed to get in what you put in, so perhaps you may want to focus a lot on putting your earnings towards business investments that The Neighborhood is supporting at the time, particularly at launch. This way you can collect your % payoffs even while you are offline, and other players are growing their business. Join our discord when you get a chance as well and introduce yourself.

Hello, I am Theo, I am 14 years old, I would say I am quite mature. I am in the UK, more specifically England. I would like to become a truck driver, delivering goods around the island and working for you. I have been gaming for a good 6-7 years and have started getting into role play games about a year ago. I do not mind pvp on some games (I'd have to see how combat works in this), so I'm going to say hybrid maybe leaning more towards PvP. I plan on playing about 21-30 hours a week, this will differ because of school/some family issues which will be resolved in time. The reason I want to join is to work for an organised, well thought out business where I can take orders from people that know what they're doing and I can earn enough money for a living. Thanks and I hope you consider my 'application'. If you do PM me/tell me somehow.

    -Theo

Sorry for my absence, been busy for the last week or so. :P I'm glad you've decided to join, we also have a lot of younger members like you so you shouldn't feel too much out of place. Having another truck driver would be great, are you looking to work for one of our trucking companies or did you have ambitions to start your own? At this moment, we have about 2-3 transport companies that we represent. So we don't really need any more companies, unless you already have a few employees - but we do need some great truck drivers.

    https://discord.gg/sh76s8Q

There is our discord, where all the members of the organization can meet, share information, propose business deals and stuff like that. Think of it as our own private mini forums. Once you get in there, say hi and then send me a private message we can discuss some more things about what you want to do. I can get you setup with one of our trucking companies, and add you to our private military list if you'd like to participate in our PvP events such as raiding towns, missions with our mafia, etc..

    6) How many hours per week do you plan on playing? -> 2h a day during the week, and..20h in the weekend :D.

    7) Why would you like to join? -> Well, i really don't want to enter in a Mmorpg that looks so cool and play solo...it would be really sad right :D?   And i like this organization's style, it would be really cool to join ;)

Hey welcome to the neighborhood! Glad to hear it, if you're interested in the mafia I would refer you to @Frank he runs a decently sized family and also has ambitions to create a "little italy" within our community in the town that we decide to take over. Sounds like you'd be a good fit, I'm sure there's plenty of space for a gun shop in their village. :)
