    Socialism and Communism does not consist of twisted "origins". However, a few individuals had committed "twisted" actions under the guise of Socialism. Completely different.

    I was merely suggesting that the subject that not abiding by his organization's guidelines, while also noting that his organization was founded by anti-Capitalist and anti-White Supremacist ideals.

    Disobeying your own rules, soldier. CRIPS were initially a socialist-sect of The Black Liberation Front in order to combat against the corrupted system of white supremacy and capitalism, until it became another lumpenproletarian petty-bourgeois organization that was heavily corrupted by it's own power structure.

    Any real CRIP would've aligned it's self with the Revolutionary cause...

    The "Red-Guard Rebels" or "Red-Guard Revolutionaries" is a Maoist/Guevara guerrilla-oriented organization that intends to engage in guerrilla warfare against the capitalist system as a means towards "seizing control the means of production", resulting in the formation of a Socialist nation-stated governed by the "R.G.R." 

     

    The details of the organization remains low-profile. However, the R.G.R. shall be more than likely inhabited in the RURAL region of Identity Island, while undergoing occasional visits within the towns and cities in order to recruit members and attain supplies.

    Activities may include:
    - Drinking and dancing within numerous clubs for recruits

    - Bombing the Police Department's headquarters

    - Occupying a factory

    - Protesting

    - Intimidating/executing capitalists

    - Kidnapping capitalists as hostages

    - Distributing narcotics manufactured within the countryside and smuggling such narcotics into the city

    - Stealing armaments from Law enforcement officers or military officials

    ... and.... and... STORMING PARLIAMENT!

    Post within this topic and message my account if you are interested in engaging in "rural guerrilla warfare" as citizens within the countryside.

    Hopefully, the developers shall ensure that the dates are based on "real-time" forms of measurement rather than stating "January 1, 0000" considering that the game is expected to remain realistic to it's highest potential. For example, if the game were to be release on December 22, 2018, then the in-game date should be "December 22, 2018".

    Damien Malik shall utilize "Times Square" as a means towards recruiting members and supporters for "The People's Revolutionary Party".

    Jeru Jones shall more than likely surveil the public for potential recruits into a revolutionary guerrilla organization.

    Dimitri Tsarnov shall attempt to recruit individuals into "The Left-Hand Mafia".

    Aside from character roles, I am anticipating the ability to examine the library, court house, art gallery, and clothing store. Otherwise, producing the party's office within my two-bedroom apartment shall be an interesting aspect of the game.

    According to developer, the prison system shall consist of a maximum sentence of fourty-five minutes. However, certain criminals shall possess the opportunity to request for a lawyer and/or jury in order to engage in a fair trial, which shall determine whether the suspect is either innocent or guilty. Unfortunately, such a system would be meaningless based on the following reasons:

    1. Organizing the trial may take longer than fourty-five minutes.

    2. Traveling to the trial may take longer than fourty-five minutes.

    3. It would take at least thirty minutes to several hours for the defendant and accuser to disclose any valuable information to their respective lawyers in order for the case to be argued effectively.

     

    4. The police department would be required to engage in an in-depth investigation in order to present information against the defendant

     

    5. Arguing both perspectives within the courts shall take longer than fourty-five minutes.

    6. It would take longer than fourty-five minutes for the jury to determine whether the defendant is innocent or guilty directly after reviewing the information with one another.

    7. The defendant may prefer to undergo fourty-five minutes in prison than to spend several thousand dollars on a reputable and credible lawyer.

    8. Both legal representatives would be expected to continuously review updated information on an hourly to daily basis.

    In conclusion, based on these premises, the current judicial and prison system is deemed to be pointless considering that it eliminates the aspect of role-play within the game.

     

    Why is it meaningless?:

    Since Identity is a ROLEPLAY-ORIENTED game, judicial trials should be heavily promoted in order to ensure that players are capable of truthfully experiencing the lifestyle of a judge, jury, lawyer, defendant, and accuser. In the process, it would increase the demand for well-skilled Lawyers that are expected to heavily assess the LEGISLATIVE (Politically-enacted laws) and JUDICIAL (Judge-enacted Laws) on a daily or weekly basis in order to ensure that one is familiarized with the Law. Thus, a few ALTERNATIVES must be formed in order to ENHANCE the role-play aspect of the game.

    ALTERNATIVES:

    1. Heavily increase the time that an individual is expected to spend within prison for MAJOR offenses. I.E. Executing a Law enforcement officer should be altered to 1-2 hours.

    2. Repeated offenders should receive a 2x longer sentence for committing the IDENTICAL offense within an X amount of time within Identity Island. I.E. 15 minutes the first time of committing theft, 30 minutes the second time of committing theft, one hour the third time of committing theft, and two hours the fourth time of committing theft.

     

    3. Since prisons are intended to be extremely interactive and engaging, it would be 10x more interesting if inmates were to spend more time within prison in order to develop a "prison lifestyle" with other inmates. I.E. Prison riots, prison gangs, smuggling contraband into prison, visiting inmates within prison through a phone and a bullet-proof window, "court/yard time" activities such as basketball or weightlifting, and "prison-breaks". The "prison experience" seems meaningless when the maximum sentence shall only be "45 minutes".

    4. Criminal offenses should produce a criminal record that is available to any employer that requests for such records by a Law enforcement officer, causing criminals to heavily rely on a well-trained lawyer in order to maintain a good-standing with the corporate world in the future.

     

    5. It increases the NEED for investigative-related services within police departments and private-security companies in order to present their findings within court as a means towards determining whether a suspect is guilty or innocent.

    The list could be endless...

    You're referring to the individual actions of a few individuals that proclaim to associate themselves with such an organization. However, the organization heavily revolves around countering fascism throughout any means necessary, which includes punching literal Neo-Nazis, White Supremacists, and Fascists that promote their intentionally violent ideals on to humanity.

    Which fascist tactics is one referring to? Utilizing violence as a means towards countering against aggressively violent regimes is fascist? Thus, you must also oppose the French Resistance, the Jewish Resistance, and any other nation-state or organization that had utilized violence against NAZI Germany and Fascist Italy.

    "Anti-Fascist Movement" (ANTIFA) are aware that Fascist regimes, such as Neo-Nazis, are inherently violent since their ideology revolves around utilizing violence against non-Aryans. Thus, to defend minority groups with violence is completely justified since these fascist organizations already conspire to commit genocide against non-Aryan or non-Fascist individuals.

    Agreed, the forums should consist of a legitimate "Character Vault" that provides players with the ability to submit more than one post that is strictly intended for the purposes of displaying very well-detailed autobiographies of more than one character. The topic or section should consist of a variety of strict guidelines that must be followed by any individual that posts within the topic:

    1. Players must produce ONE POST PER CHARACTER (although, the amount of characters could be unlimited),
    2. Players shall be obligated to abide by a template that is located within the original post of the topic.
    3. Any alterations of the character's information shall be EDITED, rather than re-posted as another post/comment.
    4. Non-templated posts shall be deleted. I.E. Comments on a templated post or non-templated autobiographies.

    The People's Revolutionary Party supports "Anti-Fascist" movements throughout the Island. However,  "Anti-Fascist" movements are a combination of Communist, Socialist, Anarcho-Communist, Anarcho-Capitalist, and Libertarian individuals that oppose Fascism.

    Sorry if ive forgotten if it was previously stated in your original post, there's so much for me to remember that I can barely remember at all lol, I'll have to read through it again. If the devs are going for as much realism there can be with a player ran environment then it's a possibility of course this could happen with major consequences provided by the devs for people to use such as unfair treatment and overruling current policies etc. This makes me indecisive: you state good intentions yet how long can you guarantee they will last?

    if I didnt make any sense, forgive me lol. I also have a hard time talking with people on occasion, especially with things like these. Although I know it's just a game piece for the rpg, the realism factor forces me to take into account what could happen and what could not, assuming the devs will likely allow such acts to take place, and they will (I think). 

    If I were to be involved, id try for a member position if applicable. 

    (PS. I do a lot of fantasy world building and the government you describe in the post somewhat reflects on the government a major race of mine has in this fantasy universe lol. I saw the parallels, and even though the terms are different with describing the type of government, it's almost the same and was one of the reasons why I was interested. That and it seemed neat lol)

     

    Corruption is less likely to occur considering that the representative could be overthrown by either:

    A) The People's Revolutionary Army (The Army of the Party)
    B) The People's Revolutionary Militia (The Citizen-Regulated Militia)
     

    Re-analyze the judicial system of the party if one presumes that the party is capable of transitioning into a corrupt organization. How shall a party exist if it infringes it's own constitution?

    I have said something around the same thing before in some other place: that capitalism doesn't represent democracy like it says it does. What you have here is... compelling to say the least, seems like it would work. I'm not good at politics or whatever so thats the reason behind my guess. You've also detailed communism in another, more understandable light than what it is irl and I appreciate that; its good to always see more than one side of things in order to get a good conclusion. Im all for a government ingame (and irl) where they run the country on behalf of the peoples every whim and whish, and not where it just listens to whoever has the biggest wallet.

     

     

    Your understanding of political systems seems much more accurate than a lot of these pro-capitalists that spout "Cold-War Rhetoric" or "Red-Scare Rhetoric" with zero understanding of the actual political and economic system of Socialism or Communism. Thank you very much for understanding the party's stance on the matter of "Revolting against Liberal Bourgeois-Democracies" in exchange for forming a "Proletarian-Democracy under Mass-Line Representation".

    It is a "Revolutionary Party" that is owned by "The People". Thus, "The People" possess the "Revolutionary Party", causing the political party to be titled as "The People's Revolutionary Party".

    Unless, one is referring to the notion that it should be classified as the "People's Revolutionary Party" rather than "THE People's Revolutionary Party".

    Based on my understanding of previous discussions, the game is already located on Steam as a "hidden" game that is available to players that receive the "code" for the game through their pledge. Thus, individuals might not be expected to patiently wait an extra week for the release of the game.
