How are individuals capable of producing films or videos without possessing access to a camera? Would it be based on the player's in-game screen? If so, one could easily produce their own game show by recording the event on their screen.

The identical scenario would apply to Cafes, libraries, and the theaters... Thus, why should it only apply to an amusement park? Within North America, amusement parks usual remain active on a daily basis. Thus, the identical scenario should apply to the game. In the process, individuals that undergo love relationships or friend ships would be willing to attend the amusement park on a weekly to bi-weekly basis. Finally, companies would advertise commodities and services that would be distributed strictly at the amusement park for a limited time in order to generate revenue for the park.
Imagine a scenario that involves companies attaining 1%-5% of the amusement park's sales when the company distributes it's commodities and services within the amusement park.
Incentives for every thing... the amusement park's revenue would be taxed by the political representative of the city, as-well. Thus, the political leader would utilize any means necessary to promote state-owned events that are profitable for the city. Finally, rewards would be alternated within the amusement park. For example, a massive teddy-bear would be a reward during the first week of the amusement park while the second week shall consist of a television.
Human beings would invest their time in participating in games and raffles in order to attain a vehicle, basketball, television, laptop, cellular phone etc... The higher rewards would be a monthly raffle while the smaller rewards would be a weekly raffle and/or game.-

It would be 100% necessary for the city to possess an "Annual City Day" in order to celebrate the birth of the city. However, every other holiday event could be produced by players considering that players possess the ability to market holiday-oriented items such as stockings, Halloween decorations, Xmas presents and songs, turkey, fireworks etc... Thus, players would be capable of producing a holiday-based event within the game without any assistance from developers. However, the developers would be expected to produce snow during the "winter season" of the nation. Otherwise, subjects are capable of celebrating Xmas without any snow, identical to Christian nations that are located within tropical regions of the Earth (Trinidad, Angola etc...).

Interesting to see how it'll play out, I truly haven't seen anything like this to this degree of intellect being made until now.
The police department should possess the ability to present employers with information regarding a citizen's criminal record. Thus, the employer is obligated to utilize the resume to their advantage by contacting former employers (reference list) and the police department while investigating the identity of the individual prior to determining whether the subject should be accepted or rejected by the company.

No one is going to want to sit at a ride and turn it on and off as a game, i dont know why people dont get that.
How about the idea that local businesses utilize their resources and services to profit from the amusement park or fair? For example, a food company produces, transports, and distributes their pies, cookies, or burgers to citizens within the amusement park. In the process, politicians utilize the time to conduct speeches or organize tabling at the event in order to promote their political campaign. Finally, musicians utilize their time to perform on a stage that is located within the park etc...
Such roles could exist as "staff members" of the amusement park or fair.
Edit: As for rides, the rides could be controlled by the AI rather than players.-

Interesting objectives. As a future politician within the game, it would be interesting if the political party were to satisfy each and every member that has posted within this topic.

People will just hype it for once and then do something else.
Also I don't think a big amusement park would be fitting into the setting of the Map.

The amusement park could be located directly outside of the city rather than within the city.

My person agrees with the idea that subjects should possess the ability to discover "rare animals" that are on the brink of extinction, such as a rare moose, wolf, fish etc... for hunters and fishermen. In the process, it would be interesting if certain farmers would to eventually dig a hole within their property in order to discover oil that could be worth an abundance of wealth. Finally, divers and diggers could eventually unravel treasure chests, artifacts, rare gems and pearls etc...

The roleplay aspect seems ignored considering that individuals would probably role play as a staff member within the amusement park or carnival. In the process, the amusement park or fair would consist of contests that grant individuals rewards such as rare items or currency.
-
It would be decent if the game were to consist of a fair and/or amusement park that could be controlled by players. In the process, annual events could be hosted within the fair and/or amusement park in order to boost tourism and the demand for the amusement park.

Why shouldn't individuals learn the ethical methods towards surviving within the wilderness in exchange for in-game currency? It would be interesting if one were to learn the methods towards hunting an animal within certain climates of the map. For example, hunting within a swamp compared to a forest or the mountains.

In my opinion, the first module shall be released in-between April 1, 2017 and April 10, 2017 based on the sole premise that the release was delayed due to personal reasons.

Shall owners of a corporation possess the ability to alternative between the production of it's commodities and services? For example, is a "transporter/taxi" company capable of converting it's corporation into a "Vehicle towing business" or "Furniture store"?
It would be unfair for entities to remain entrapped with one specified role within society considering that company's are easily capable of altering their services, commodities, and target market based on the demand for the product or service.-

Based on various statements by numerous individuals within the forums, the "official servers" shall be classified as a "casual server". Yet, the developers should produce a variation of official servers with numerous genres considering that public servers tend to be a bit more functional than private servers. Thus, the official servers should consist of three servers per genre. For example, three "casual servers", three "serious RP servers", and three "light RP servers" in order to ensure that the official servers appeals to the interests of the player rather than remaining dependent on private servers that may consist of ridiculous rules and guidelines etc...

It should not be challenging for one to either reside within a trailer or sleeping bag while surviving on boiled water from the river and cooked meat from hunted animals. However, one cannot truthfully remain 100% independent from the state based on the sole premise that one would be expected to invest in a hunting rifle. Otherwise, it would be challenging for one to hunt animals, unless one intends to conduct theft on a local farmer's crops.

Indeed, it could enhance one's resume by disclosing one's previous jobs and/or careers with a reference list that is presented to an employer of a business.
My person's political party shall require citizens to submit a resume, combined with a criminal record, in order to function as a staff member of the political party.
Brilliant idea. -
As a writer that intends to utilize literature as a means towards forming a political agenda, my character would appreciate if one's book club were to discuss his texts to other members. In the process, the writer and politician might be willing to provide the host/hostess with a bit of currency in order to discuss such texts with a group of individuals.

Thank you very much for the information, Hatoful.

One issue that my person possesses with the criminal element of the game:
A criminal should not be incarcerated for an offense unless the Law enforcement officer, detective, or state possesses PROBABLE CAUSE to incarcerate the individual. For example, a human being should not be deemed as a "suspect" for executing a citizen within the woods at 3:30AM in the morning until evidence confirms that the suspect or individual had committed the act through a combination of methods.
First scenario: A suspect executes a female within the middle of the woods at 3:30AM on Monday. The suspect departs from the location while dropping a tissue on to the ground approximately half a mile from the deceased body. On Wednesday, a jogger or hiker witnesses the deceased body in order to report the offense to Law enforcement officers. The Law enforcement officers secure the scene while investigating the cause of death, date, and time while searching for evidence to confirm the identity of the suspect. Afterwards, canine units are summoned in order to scavenge for evidence until the Law enforcement officer discovers a tissue that is required to be examined by forensic scientists. After the evidence is examined, Law enforcement officers confirm that the tissue that consists of mucus was either A) a former felon known as _______ or B) Unknown suspect. Thus, Law enforcement officers resort to conducting road-blocks in order to swab the gums of an individual. Eventually, the DNA shall be the confirmed suspect, resulting in his arrest on Saturday.
Second scenario: A suspect executes a female along the roadside and drags her body to a river on Monday. After three days, one of the character's peers, family members, employee, or employer contacts Law enforcement officers regarding a "missing person". The suspect is NOT charged with the offense considering that the female might have merely "ran away" rather than being deceased. Thus, after a week, a trucker locates the body of a female that is hidden within the bushes of the road during his "piss break", resulting in the confirmation that the female has been executed. Once again, Law enforcement officers are expected to continue to process of investigating the incident prior to determining whether the suspect had committed the crime....
Third scenario: A suspect stabs a male in the middle of the street at 4:00PM. Several citizens had witnessed the criminal act. Thus, the description of the suspect's physical appearance is disclosed to Law enforcement officers. Law enforcement officers utilize the description in order to incarcerate the individual.
Etc...
A suspect should not be classified as a "criminal" that has committed a "criminal offense" if his person were to execute an individual within the middle of the woods, identical to Grand Theft Auto.
TL;DR:
BAD: *Stabs man in woods*.... *WANTED*.
GOOD: *Stabs man in woods*... *NOT WANTED*... *INDIVIDUALS WITNESSES DEAD BODY*... *POLICE CONDUCT FULL-SCALE INVESTIGATION*... *AFTER ATTAINING EVIDENCE, SUSPECT IS ARRESTED* -

Shall players possess the ability to rent and/or own offices that exceeds beyond the character's dwelling place of residence? It would be decent if my character were to be capable of conducting political tasks within the political party's headquarters or main office rather than gathering within a player's apartment/household, a cafe, library, or cinema.
The identical scenario could be applicable to individuals that own a business, as-well. -

What shall be one's objectives within the game?
Question:
1. Where shall your character be spending the majority of it's time within? (Library, cinema, cafe, road, apartment etc...)
2. What shall be your character's primary role within society?
3. What shall be your character's secondary role(s) within society?
4. What appears to be a few short-term goals for one's character?
5. What is one's MAIN life-long goal within the game?
Answers:
1. During my character's recreational time, it shall be located within the library in order to analyze the literature of it's fellow citizens. Otherwise, it shall be producing propaganda for it's political party in the future. Finally, it shall produce an extensive amount of political literature regarding the political party's goals and objectives.
During my character's non-recreational time, it shall attempt to accumulate wealth as a "transporter/taxi" service during the beginning of the game considering that the character shall possess access to a vehicle. Otherwise, it shall fulfill it's role within society (question 2)
2. Industrial, agricultural, and personal espionage agent that extracts intelligence or information from his client's targeted subjects. Thus, the character shall be expected to infiltrate certain companies, political parties, or individual's lives as either an employee, staff member of the party, or "friend". After completing an extensive amount of objectives as an espionage agent, the character shall retire in order to function as a writer and politician.3. Secondary roles may include functioning as a "transporter/taxi" driver, propaganda agent, writer, short-term employee for other companies through a contract agreement, and numerous other tasks that may accumulate profit for the political party's campaign.
4. Accumulate profit as a taxi driver/transporter, temporary employee of numerous companies, and influential writer. In the process, it would be decent to attain recognition and reputation from other players in order to support the character's political campaign in the future.
5. In all honesty, the character intends to form a Communist revolution by forming a "covert" agency of mobsters, lawyers, and espionage agents while functioning as an "overt" member of "The People's Revolutionary Party". The mobsters are expected to accumulate wealth for the political party's campaign in exchange for "benefits" within the organization. In the process, the Lawyers are expected to protect the interests of the political party AND it's "covert" mobsters and espionage agents. Finally, the espionage agents are expected to collect intelligence on the public, opposing mobsters, and opposing political parties. The main objective involves remaining as the dominant political party within the server.
How about you?-

Can We Criminals Drive Police Cars..Asking for a friend.

In my opinion, criminals should possess the ability to conduct theft on a government vehicle. However, each and every state-owned vehicle should be installed with a microchip that causes Law enforcement officers to be aware of the vehicle's location. Usually, the entity could simply utilize the vehicle as a means towards evading Law enforcement officers prior to ditching the vehicle and running, on foot, into the forest.
